Drain Doctor - Aberdeen & Inverness Anmeldelser

It was easy to arrange a date & time for the rain water gulley to be cleared & I was told the cost upfront. The engineer, Darren, phoned to say what time he would arrive. He was polite & got on with the job in hand.
Great job!

Darren the engineer was very helpful - and persistent when he encountered our blocked sink drain which initially wouldn't clear. He traced our pipeworks and figured out where the blockage was and cleared it and tidied up afterwards. I would definitely recommend Drain Doctor.

Derek had our drain issue sorted in no time. He was very professional and kept us informed about everything he was doing. Very reasonably priced aswell.

Darren done a great job

Excellent service, arrived in half hour, job all done half hour later

Excellent service from the Drain Doctor! Really appreciated their prompt response to my initial enquiry and with all communications. Derek was friendly and efficient with the diagnosis and repair of our drainage issues - would recommend!

I live six miles outside Inverurie, lo and behold the toilet drain blocked on Friday late morning, I thought well this is going to be an interesting weekend. Called the Inverurie Drain Doctor gave my particulars, and was informed they would have some one there within the hour. The call was handled very professionally with my location and details record on the job sheet. I love off the A 96 and within the hour sure enough Dereck called me to ask if I can open the gates of my house. The van was reversed into my parking bit at the back of my house, Dereck then surveyed the problem, unloaded the kit from his van and the blockage was cleared and my drains hosed down and lids replaced. Job done paid with my credit card and away Derek went leaving two very satisfied customers.
Very professional experience indeed, gold star performance.

Derek resolved our drainage issue promptly and professionally. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing service from start to finish.

Called at tea time to report a blocked drain, greeted by a helpful friendly voice on the phone.

Derek arrived first thing the next morning.

He was friendly and professional. Explained everything, talking me through his plan of action. Very knowledgeable about the issue and dedicated to getting it resolved promptly.

He took great care at my property with his equipment and everything was left clean and tidy.

Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Excellent service!
Very quick reply to my initial enquiry on a Sunday evening, and arranged to be on site 8am the next morning.
Derek arrived on time, quickly understood and explained the problem, and got to work fixing it.
Did a great job, I’d definitely recommend.

Another quick, fairly priced and painless visit for a drainage issue.

Prompt response and very efficient and helpful.

Excellent service from Drain doctor, Derek the engineer who attended gave me an immediate quote and quickly removed my stick drain rod, preformed a camera survey and jetted my rains thoroughly removing the blockage.
Polite, friendly and helpful service
Thank you to all

The company did a great job. I was booked for a Sunday and they arrived at the estimated time and clear all the blocked pipe.
Also run the camera to check the job and all was great.

Thanks

Engineer arrived in good time, checked the area and was upfront with costs and what to expect, blockage found and cleared, very happy with result, engineer was polite and clear with requests to flush and run water to check everything was as it should be after clearing the blockage.

Very professional job, efficiently expedited.

Really impressed with engineer Derek, who explained everything and what he was going to do inorder to unblock the drain. Very efficient and friendly.

£360 to blast 5m of partially blocked drain - outrageous. Fixed price we were told. Declined but could have prevented wasting the engineer's time if we were told the fixed price when we called

Excellent workmanship, very though and would definitely recommend this company.
