Truly amazing service
I was desperate for a service kit for my sewage treatment plant air compressor. Rang around my normal suppliers who unfortunately were out of stock. Found Drainage Supplies and they fortunately for me had stock in. Placed the order yesterday ( 21/08/25) before 9 and the kit was delivered before 10 am the next day ( 22/08/25) . The whole end to end experience was truly amazing. Maybe I was just lucky however the team that answered the phone were polite , efficient and knowledgeable/ helpful.
I am still in a state of shock from how brilliant the service has been and will definitely be using the company for future drainage requirements.
WELL done especially the customer ordering team.
