Need more care in packaging
Ordered two pier caps, they came on time but unfortunately they were damaged by the way they were packed for delivery. The straps across the top cut into the edges of the caps in two places on each cap. The damage is minor but noticeable and could have been avoided with more care, especially as delivery cost £70. Couldn't return as it would have cost more to pay the builder to come back.

I ordered some drains for my driveway, they quickly arrived and I have yet to fit them, but they look incredibly like drains so they should do the job. When I get them fitted I’ll send a video
The drains arrived quickly I unpacked the massive box they came in to find them in the corner of the packaging, so they were extremely overpackaged but better than being too little. I test fitted them and they look like they’re going to work fine. I won’t know until I fit them I would say. Not sure how the waste pipe connects yet but I’ll make and adapt to get them to fit somehow, there’s a couple of blanking ends that I can carve a hole in for the pipe which I can glue it into. If that doesn’t work, I have a friend with a 3D printer so I’ll get one made by him. I’m cutting some mesh to go under the top drain plate as O’ve found with my driveway drain that leaves and other rubbish can get through the gaps and block the drains up regardless of the make of them.
