First time I placed an order, just before lockdown and everything arrived quickly. Placed another order a couple of days ago and a couple of items were missing. Phoned up and everything was sorted out, got them the next day. I was concerned after reading the reviews, but it was fine, got through on the phone and the staff were nice and helpful. I will buy off them again.

Placed the order they took the money and said product dispatched. Didn't arrive. Have had no response from them after 3 requests for information. I believe this company is in trouble. I will have to reclaim my money from my credit card company.

Ordered a special plumbing part that I couldn't buy from the usual plumbing centres. £8.95 delivery for a small rubber part. Probably no more than £2.50 to post. It took 3 days to arrive and when it did arrive it was the completely wrong part. I phoned and no answer. Then sent an email which I received no reply from. Then phoned again 6 times and no answer. Not even a voicemail to say who you got through. I've emailed again today. A week after I placed the order and still no answer.

An absolute joke.
Part of the order missing, unable to do the job, empty promises from phone staff who failed to ring back no less than 3 times which wasted even more time.
Save yourself the hassle and buy locally, doesn't matter if it costs a few pounds more, you'll save the bother of having to deal with such lemons. Never again.

Ordered few times and goods delivered although took more time than normal. Last order from 17th June, not received, no replies to my e-mails or phonecalls. Avoid at all cost. I'll now take some actions with my bank account.

Like so many other people, l’ve had no replies to my emails, website enquiries and telephone calls. Though l received most of my order, all for use with 60mm fittings, the perforated pipe dropped outside my door was 80mm. Despite repeated efforts to contact them over the last week, l am no further forward. I need the correct size pipe to progress a job, but will now need to source it elsewhere! I will be taking chargeback action through my card provider. Customer Service like nothing experienced before; the worst and a supplier to be avoided if you want something for your money.

On 10th June 2020 I placed an online order for drainage products totalling £44.32 with Gas and Water Pipelines Limited trading as landscapeplastics.co.uk . This was paid by Barclaycard.

On 12th June 2020 I decided to cancel that order and receive a full refund in accordance with the website terms and conditions. These state:

“Cancellation of Orders:
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the Landscape Plastics website, or by phoning us on 0800 085 7721. “

The phone numbers shown on the landscape plastics website proved impossible to use as they cut off after 8 rings. I have tried to phone them on multiple occasions. Consequently, I used their online contact form to notify them of my decision to cancel. I also sent them an e mail to sales at landscapeplastics.co.uk repeating my decision to cancel and stating that I had also used their own contact form. No acknowledgement or reply has ever been received.

On 17th June 2020 I received a parcel which contained the order that I cancelled. The shipping label shows it was sent on 16th June 2020. I sent a complaint by email to sales at landscapeplastics.co.uk that same day. No acknowledgement or reply has been received concerning that complaint either.

15 days. No emails answered and dozens of phone calls unanswered.

Yesterday I raised a dispute with Card company and sent another email telling them not to deliver the product. I got a Read receipt for this and today apparently my products will be delivered.

Am more angry at the behaviour of the company and the hassle it's causing me than the £100 order.

If they won't pick up the phone nor answer emails how can I return it and why should I pay a fortue in postage to return.

Go somewhere else.

Same as most people below - ordered some items, took money straightaway. Waited weeks - no goods. No response from phone or email. Ended up opening a case with Paypal (as that's how I paid for the goods). Very next day - phone call from Drainage shop saying goods on their way. Then goods delivered the very next day.

So - if you're stuck waiting for them - hopefully you've paid by paypal and can get the same response - good luck!

Ordered £120 worth of Guttering. Money was taken from card immediately despite there terms stating that they don't take payment until the order is dispatched. They ignore emails and phone calls. I Paid via Barclays debit card. Barclays have refunded in less than 24hrs under there chargeback scheme. Have also reported to trading standards. Keep away

Ordered stuff over a month ago £86.40 and as of yet nothing. They don't answer the phone or the emails. I gave them some leeway because of pandemic but looking at the other reviews I see I'm gonna have to go legal. Really disappointing and frustrating. Wish I had seen reviews beforehand. Live and learn. Run a mile.

All delivered to the wrong address. No one answering the phone and no one responding to emails. A shambles!

Weeks after order, no sign of products and no communication. Can't get in contact via email or phone. Unfortunately going to have to resort to claiming money back from my credit card. Avoid at all costs.

Monday 18th May. Placed ordered with DRAINAGE SHOP, address 75 St James Mill Road, & paid using PayPal. I did receive confirmation e-mail Invoice of my order. However, the PayPal invoice showed I had actually paid a Company called GAS & WATER PIPELINES at address 75a St James Mill Road – coincidence? N.B. The telephone numbers for these two Companies are different.
Using Google Maps, I virtual visited the St James Mill Road site and saw a Board Sign displaying the Names of the occupants/Companies occupying these UNITS. For 75 St James Mill Road it shows “EUROCEL BUILDING PLASTICS” (NOT DRAINAGE SHOP) and for 75a St James Mill Road it shows “PLASTIC EXPRESS” (NOT GAS & WATER PIPELINES), strange?
Anyone live local to this set of UNITS that can confirm the Google Maps are current or out of date?
Today is the 22nd May and though I’ve tried contacting BOTH Companies via telephone and e-mails, I’ve still had no contact whatever. I’ll take action if I do not hear any news by Monday 26th May. Disappointing!
P.S. the WEB PAGES for the two Companies look identical to my eyes!
*** UPDATE *** - Friday 22nd May. evening time. Items found delivered and left in my driveway without knocking/contacting me.
Now Awarded 4 STAR instead of 5 STAR, because of the poor communication. Overall I'm relieved to have received goods.

looking for Drainage fittings and stumbled across Drainage Shop didn't even look at reviews for example (holiday reviews one bad one! loads great the bad review was the right one!!) first order ever done with this company £1302.00 received email to confirm. on line stated 3/4 days delivery. on 4th day I chased up email so I had an idea when the goods would arrive hence first off no reply and same with the phone I called again and spoke to a member of staff she informed me it had been dispatched and would be arriving next day and one item was unavailable at the time asked if I would like it posted out when they received stock , yes great after approx 10 day it arrived by post as she said so I can honestly say I would defiantly order from this firm again great service and thank you Drainage shop

14 days since I ordered. I have tried to phone and email but no response. No goods, no delivery information, no response. If you can't fulfill orders then shut your website to new orders.

Terrible service - do not use!
I ordered £1000 of piping and ducting on 21-Apr. Still not arrived. Was told firstly after 2 weeks of no response to my emails (they do not pick up the phone) that things were awaiting delivery, then they were supposed to arrive a week ago, then Saturday I was told they were delivered. Complete fabrication! This is singularly the worst service I have experienced. What a scam.

Made order £192. First timer. Got worried as no order came I looked on site said in progress 4 days later I emailed I rang and not a reply I then cancelled order on a Sunday and got a e mail saying dispatched the goods arrived monday one missing item I emailed and got Cory reply will sort ASAP it was sorted asap. Apart from no contact during order the company is true to its word but need to remember to make contact with you. I’ll put it down to covid issues for now but must say cheaper than anyone if you don’t mind the silence and time.
