Terrible service. do not order from this business. Zero communication and only half the bits turned up, tried to reject order and they dumped it on the drive. They have your money will not return emails or answer the phone!! Total waste of time and money. I will now have to order from another supplier to complete the job

DON'T USE THEM, the order came in bits and pieces via three different couriers, delivery notes for items not delivered and items ordered but no paperwork.
In the end I was missing a 2mtr length of 76mm guttering. Emailed them with the loss, no reply, checked Web Site, shut for the coronavirus, when they reopened, sent another email, no reply, phoned them, it just rang and rang until I got fed up waiting. I don't think they are interested in DIY, though I would hate to pay them for a large order, good way of saying good bye to your money.

I have just gone online to buy part of a guttering system. The part I required, Drainage Online, had in stock for £6.70 inc VAT. Got to checkout where they priced £70.00 for delivery to the Highlands!!!! Unfortunately I have a Highland’s postcode, but my house in actually in Grampian which make a lot of people very angry. Do not touch this company with a barge pole, they are nothing but rip off merchants.

Placed order 3 days ago, money left bank account still no confirmation or invoice. No delivery date too. Two emails and several call no response at all. Is this company Scam should I call my bank for investigation.

I ordered cast iron gutters on 17th of March and paid in full
Was told my delivery would take a week
Haven’t received anything
Have emailed Drainage on line many times
As I have had a 4 storey scaffolding up since March for the gutters
Now it is may 20 th still nothing
Not even an email

This company has been advertised online as open when they are actually closed for business, this means they are taking orders and money with no intentions of a delivery. i understand that covid 19 has shut many company's but these company's have advertised closed on there website. we place an order on th 8/4/2020 so there were plenty of time to contact us to inform us of there closure but nothing so we were waiting for this to arrive. we have a team of workman waiting for this delivery which now we know will not tern up. this has a knock on effect for everyone including the customer, it only takes an email to say this order will not be processed due to covid 19. very disappointing for a company on this size.

Ordered the Cast Iron Effect Soil & all Fittings,
Ordering was easy, arrived the following day, even more impressed during everything on virtual shut down.
Order was 100 per cent correct.
Plumbers both said how nice it was to work with, all fitted together so well.
It looks fantastic.
I really recommend this company, and there's not many I would.

Wanting to purchase 5 x metal channel covers,
Trying to phone for some information on the product because there pictures would suggest it doesn’t fit Clark Drain channel.
After 4 rings they hung up the phone !!!!
Your reviews and the fact that your phone number on the website isn’t a link to call suggests to me that your not very good to put it nicely.

Forget the telephone. I do n't use it.

Bought two of these units to deal with a drain problem.
Because having bought one of them three years ago. It was
attractively priced, good quality and easy to fit.
Things have changed. This unit has five in/outlets but was
supplied with only three bungs. Bungs are not expensive,
are they ? One or even two more would have been appreciated..

But on trying to remove one of the bungs. To move to another
in/outlet. It steadfastly refused to budge. Despite adequate
lubrication having been applied overnight.
An attempt to press it out. Using even pressure. Caused it to
rupture. rendering it totally useless. Even if removed.
I was faced with having to hacksaw it out and risk damaging
the seal in the in/outlet in the process.
Then it occurred to me. the reason for this. May have been
the insertion of the bung into the unit. before it had properly
cooled after manufacture.
Soaking the in/outlet in scalding hot water. Did release it.
I obtained replacement bungs form an access chamber. Now
redundant. Installed twenty years ago and bought from another
supplier.
Surprise, surprise. After those decades of facing hostile elements
the bungs were removed easily and without lubricants.
Not impressed. Totally not impressed. And will not purchase again

One of the real tests of a good company is how they sort things out when things go wrong. The carrier ( not employed by Drainage Online) made a complete mess of our delivery so we were left with only a part order and our builder due to start work in three days' time. Drainage Online worked extremely quickly to get replacement materials out to us on time and, despite being rushed off their feet with other orders, were unfailingly helpful, friendly and courteous. A brilliant service. Would recommend them to anyone.

very similar to other recent reviews, this company just do not answer their telephone . What is the point in displaying a phone number when you have no intention in answering it. VERY VERY FRUSTRATING.
Awaiting delivery of an order with no idea when or if I will get it ? I should have read the previous reviews I would certainly reconsidered placing order.

I ordered 2 x guttering Stopends, one turned up and the other one is being dispatched separate, but there is still no sign of this, 2 weeks on.

I've tried to call a number of times, but no answer.

They take the money, but correspondence is nil

Impossible to contact via telephone, it either rings out or the phone is picked up and immediately hung up, I have called more than a dozen times now. My order is late but I have no way to find out what is happening.

Also worth knowing that they do not accept returns, in spite of what it says on their website. I have used them many times over the years, but this will be the last time, something has definitely changed..,

I placed my order 10/08, I sent an email to their sales address on 17/08 asking for confirmation of delivery as I have ordered these parts for our customer for a specific installation date... I sent a follow up email 21/08 and called their office 22/08 with no answer. It took writing an unhappy review and an email sent directly through their online portal to get a response finally, in fairness they have now dealt with my order and have apologised for the delay. I do understand holidays and illnesses have an effect on internal workings but it needn't have taken a bad review to get their attention.

Fantastic service from this team, nothing ever a problem, great advice and always very very helpful, returns easily dealt with and always immediate to chase manufacturers. Will be back for more when required, many thanks all
