Dear Insaaf, I replied to your message regarding payment of customs duty via email, if you did not receive it, please, check your spam folder. To re-cap, If you refer to our terms and conditions of delivery and shipping for overseas customers. It is the responsibility of you the customer to pay any import or customs taxes. As mentioned in my reply I have looked up the details for your location and it is legal to import your purchases in your country and the duty payable is 15%. As a goodwill gesture, I will send you a discount code for the value of this from any future order. Also, your order was placed on March 4th 2021 and when you posted the review was just over 2 weeks not 1 month. I hope that this clarifies the situation. Kind regards Lee
25/3/21 Further to the above reply, I have looked into this even further as I do not like an unhappy customer. I feel that you are unfairly criticising us fo the whole situation and still exagerrating the time scales to portray us poorly. You placed an order on 4/3/21, this was dispatched 5/3/21 and in your country on 9/3/21 and has been under clearance proceedings since then. The delay has been totally caused by your governments clearance procedures that would be impossible for us to influence. The Royal Mail website states "This item is still being assessed by the destination customs authority. If any further information is required before release they will contact the recipient directly." Your categorisation that we have provided a 1 star bad service is therefore not one I can accept. To recap; order to arrival in your country 5 days, Items held by your government 16 days. This is still only 21 days (or three weeks) which any observer can clearly work out is under 1 month and not over 1 month
I can sympathise with your frustrations about this situation, I do feel strongly though that you are focussing on the wrong party to apportion the blame to here.
If I am misunderstanding the situation at all , do let me know how.

Got a fake bong, but i got a refund
bought a bukkit bong, somehow the bukkit inprint on the top is missing and the wrong bong head came with it, which let a lot of air trough, so the content of the head isn't burning well. And the quality of the bong is bad, the tupe had holes at the top and bottom.
Update:
So the bong is now no longer availibale in the shop (because it was a fake), so nobody gonna have the same problem. And i got a refund. Thanks for the good support.

Dear Jona, I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with your Bukket bong. I buy these from a reputable wholesaler; I was not aware that they had an imprint on the top. If you would like to return it, I will send you a postage label and once I have the bong back, I will send you a full refund. I will also check this out with the wholesaler and see what their thoughts are. If they are not genuine then, I will be complaining about this. I will also take them down from our store, whilst we investigate. Apologies again, but rest assured, I will get to the bottom of this. Please, let me know if you wish to return and I can either email a label or post one up to you, if you do not have access to a printer. Kind regards Lee

I have investigated this issue further and it appears these have been pirated. I can only apologise for this, we have also been the victims here. Our offer still stands of a refund, but we have had no reply from you. We take this kind of thing extremely seriously as we only wish to sell the best quality products and not fakes. They will not be stocked again or sold here. I hope that this answers your initial comments in your rating and would ask that if you do wish to claim your refund, that you contact us directly and potentially update your review to reflect the customer service provided and actions taken in order that this does not happen to anyone else.

Never changing customer service in a very changeable Covid world
Ive once again been treated like a VIP all through my purchase from start until the end I have received , a service next to nothing , helpful, attentive, quick and friendly , is a few words to describe this service , these guys have grown into such a respectable and reliable shop owners and with the quality and price it’s hard to go anywhere else.
We all have had a tough year , worldwide that is , COVID-19 have certainly brought us closer and changed our lives forever but to sit back and relax on this Xmas night and enjoying the products I got , does make things easier and makes one appreciate the important things life ,especially knowing this is one of the things that will never change🙂

Dear Matt, I am sorry that you felt there was no commumication. I am genuinely shocked that you feel we have let you down with our communications to you as we designed our communications strategy to keep customers aware of all steps in the process; from order to dispatch and post sale.
I have reviewed your order and would like to point out the following. When you placed the order you received via the email you provided a confirmation of your order. Your order was packed and ready to be shipped in less than 45 minutes to which you should have received an email and SMS containing the Royal Mail tracking number. Your items were posted the next day (as the order was past 4pm on the Monday you ordered your items) and as this was your first order, we sent you an email thanking you for your business. Approximately five days after this you should have received an email asking if you were happy with your order. I assume that the contents of your order were in good condition and quality as we received no notice otherwise? All of our correspondence has our contact details on and if there was any kind of issue we invite people to contact us and we will do our best to sort any problems. I am unsure what further communications we could have provided to you. If you have a suggestion I would very much welcome it and if it is feasible would very much consider implementing it.
