Friendly service, ensured it was the right part for the vehicle.
Part arrived promptly (refurbished DPF, guaranteed for 12 months, manufacturers original part). Didn't come with fittings but that may be because I forgot to ask/check when I ordered the replacement DPF unit!
Fitted perfectly, works perfectly, wouldn't hesitate in recommending this supplier.

We frequently use the DPF clean team for reconditioned DPF's. They are really easy to deal with, the whole process is very efficient. They offer a brilliant solution to an otherwise expensive problem.

When I contacted the dpf clean team I spoke to Wendy who was fantastic she explained all the options with me and reassured me that there would be no hidden charges then she booked my van into a garage near me told me how long it would take and she was spot on work was carried out as planned and To a great standard cannot praise enough

Excellent service, once I managed to get through. DPF Replacement number on web site was wrong.
Nicola was very helpful. Replacement DPF shipped out the same day and a prompt refund once the original DPF was shipped back.

Wonderful service!
I have had the DPF on my Honda CRV i-dtec cleaned 4 times in the last 12 months. This also included a local Honda main dealer who stated that it needed a new one, but could not explain why. It is still faulty.Today I spoke with Nicola at the DPF Clean Team, Hinckley, Leics. I received more sound advice from her than any other garage or DPF specialist I have contacted. She was also helpful in locating a local garage near me who had Honda trained mechanics that will no doubt be of assistance. If they cannot help ID the DPF problem, then the renowned DPF Clean Team will be my next port of call. Nicola please accept my sincere thanks, for your patience and kindness. You are a great ambassador for your company.
