Jeguri, nesimțiți

le-as da 0 daca as putea, pregatesc coletul luni si fac cerere din aplicatie. aveam optiunea si pentru ziua respectiva, asa ca o bifez, ca poate ajung.

marti, nimic. ii sun, persoana de la call center imi zice ca am selectat eu pentru data de 26, o cred, ma gandesc ca poate n-am fost eu atenta imi zice sa chem curierul a doua zi de dimineata (miercuri) ca sa fiu sigura ca ajunge.

doar ca optiune da e chema curierul nu-mi apare in site-ul lor, logata fiind. mai fac o comanda. aceleasi setari. caut prin expedieri si gasesc ca marti apare ca nu m-a gasit acasa (desi nu m-a sunat nimeni, nu a venit nimeni). practic am fost gaslightuita profi de cei de la call center.

miercuri ii sun din nou. persoana de la call center imi da numarul curierului. il sun, imi respinge. il sun de trei ori, la ore diferite si de fiecare daca imi respinge. in pauza de masa, primesc un apel. ii sun inapoi in 3 minute la acelasi numar (call center-ul). persoana de acolo imi zice ca ia legatura curierul si ma suna ca sa clarificam. astept. ii sun din nou. imi raspunde aceeasi persoana, sa-mi spuna ca nu-i raspunde nici lui curierul si ca a transmis mai departe si ma suna el cand se rezolva.

s-a terminat ziua si nu m-a sunat nimeni, nu a venit nimeni. am trmis coletul cu alta companie, mi-a luat efectiv o jumatate de ora.

Cea mai slaba firma de curierat. Nu recomand nimanui. De 2 săptămâni astept sa ridice un colet. Total neprofesionisti. In viitor o sa fiu foarte atenta sa nu mai am de-a face cu ei. Nu as da nici macar o stea dar se pare ca nu poti lasa review fara sa dai macar o stea. Un serviciu deplorabil! Sper sa dispăreți de pe piata si sa lasati loc altor firme care chiar fac ceea ce spun.

Această firmă de livrări pachete este un dezastru. Mă întreb cum cu atâtea recenzii foarte rele încă mai este pe piață și reușește să păcălească oameni să apeleze la serviciile lor. Cu toate reclamațiile făcute la ANPC de milioane de oameni nimeni nu ia măsuri împotriva lor. Întârzieri la livrări, distrugeri de pachete nimănui nui pasă de clienții care au plătit pentru servicii de livrare.

Failed to pick up our parcel for over 2 weeks. When parcel finally collected,it sat in the system for over 3 weeks not moved.

We called multiple times as we couldn't track it and we're told lies every time about it's location.

After nearly one month we got a message saying the item is being returned to us. Completely messed up my business and had to send apologies to customers.

NEVER USING THEM AGAIN!

Pe langa faptul ca nu au sunat la destinatar , au intors coletul la expeditor si fiindca am dat refuzare ca sa-l poata retransmite , l-au blocat 2 luni in depozitul lor, nu il mai gaseau, m-au intrebat indicii ca sa reuseasca sa-l identifice. Groaznic! cea mai slaba companie de curierat.

If I could leave a one star review i would definitely do it.This Company is not capable to solve its IT&devices issues.If you've ordered something online then you have to do pretty much everything yourself meaning that you have to pay for the item on purchase.You cannot pay for the item on arrival after you have checked that everything is alright with your package.Simply because the sistem of payment doesn't work.And this is an ongoing issue.If you are happy to lose your time and money using this delivery service you might as well choose it

Cea mai proasta companie de curierat din Galați și din România.As da 0 stele dar nu an cum.Nu răspund la telefon,nu au centre de ridicare a coletelor ,sunt neserioși, nesimțiți și cu tupeu.Când am încercat sa le spun adevărul, acela ca nu au centre de curierat tot ei au încercat sa îmi închidă gura pe nedrept.Cand trebuia sa îmi vina pachetul la adresa, cica nu se afla nimeni la adresa în condițiile în care toată familia era acasă,nu mai spun de lipsa unui număr de telefon al curierului,nu al centralei,ca nu am nevoie de call center sa apas pe taste și sa mi se răspundă,,Ne cerem scuze,momentan toți operatorii noștri sunt ocupati"
Deci,companie mai proasta de curierat nu am întâlnit, prefer Posta Romana în locul lor.

If I could give 0 star, I would. Worst compagny, they don't deliver and when you call them they hang up on you.

DPD typed my address wrong. I recieved a message this morning that my package will be arriving today but it has the wrong address noted on the delivery address than the one I put the order on.
I am trying to contact someone from their side on the contact phone numbers for the past 3-4 hours and no one is answering. This is unacceptable and it happens every time!!!
After insisting and staying on hold for 10 minutes each time, eventually someone responded.
How can a company deliver such bad services and always get away with this???

Coletul a venit cu o zi întârziere. Am așteptat o zi întreaga în casa și am încercat sa contactez curierul fără succes, deoarece mi-a închis telefonul. Dați va rog un interval orar și numărul de telefon al curierului pentru a putea lua legătura cu el.
Imi pare rău dar este cea mai slabă firmă de curierat din București

I had an international parcel from the uk, once it got to Romania I got a message that the courier will come to the location, at 14:00 the courier called me but never delivered. I called him back at 16:00 and he blocked my number.
I called Dpd for them to tell me my parcel was damaged, the lady didn’t give me any answers to my questions except that they will open my parcel which is a violation of my privacy and if they consider it damaged they will DESTROY it (her exact words). She became agresive, I asked to speak with her superior, her superior told me the same thing about invading my privacy and opening up my parcel, no answers about getting my money back or the money I paid in customs but said she will have an answer the next day.
The next day nobody called so I called them, this next lady told me that it can take up to 10 days to review my parcel. I am sick of this, such a scammy and unreliable organization.

Worst delivery service in Romania. Stay away from DPD.

My return parcel has been stuck in the same city for almost two weeks. This delay is unacceptable, and despite my attempts to get updates, I have received no clear resolution.
I also requested an explanation for this delay and asked what steps DPD is taking to prevent such issues, nothing clear until now.

Informatiile de contact postate pe Google nu sunt corecte.
Nu răspunde nimeni la nici un telefon , niciodată, doar robotul care te anunță de orele de funcționare, deși suni în intervalul orar corect.
O rușine de companie .Mizerabil.

Nu recomand! Din 4 comenzi de 3 ori probleme: spun ca suna ( chiar îți aruncă în fata ca e " prin centrala") dar nu o fac , bifează ca " nu ai fost gasit la adresa" si ... ramane sa te deplasezi sa iti iei coletul deteriorat la...depozit la...in crang( de mai bine cumpărai din magazin)
Nu te poți înțelege la un interval orar.

Nu recomand mai ales dacă ați plătit anterior cu cardul..cu cash la livrare poate mai aveți o șansă!

Worst delivery service in Romania. They sent the parcel to one of their offices instead of my own address. This caused further delay. You have to understand this was a priority delivery that I paid for. Just awful. Stay away from DPD.

3 times so far a parcel has not been delivered to me

The reason in the system: “delivery refused by recipient”.

I have never been contacted by DPD regarding the missed deliveries. Instead, their courier’s registered in the system “refused by recipient” and the parcels were sent back to the sender

I wrote to their complaints department, and received no answer. Nobody seems to care

The couriers must be incentivised by meeting their quota, so they record “refused by recipient “ to save time on delivering a parcel by wrongly recording this status
