Angel showed up on time and was very pleasant.

She did an excellent job; made my truck like new again.

Angel from Down2Shine aims to please, she left my car looking brand new. Me car had not been detailed in 6 years and Angel came in flipped the script. Down 2 Shine was an awesome experience from start to finish! Angel was professional, friendly, and communicative from scheduling to the completion of the service. William and Angel paid amazing attention to detail, I could not believe how amazing the plastics and interior looked in my car! Not only did these guys offer incredible and respectful, they even offered me advice on how to maintain my car and products to use in between details. I will definitely use this company again!! 100/10 would recommend!

Update: I spoke with the one of the higher ups and will say I was quite pleased with the customer service and openness to feedback. The fact that they reached out personally was very much appreciated and they truly wanted to make a satisfactory experience an outstanding one. After speaking with them I will be continuing to have my vehicles cleaned by their company. 1/7/2024

Overall he did a fair job although he was a bit late to the appointment and he missed small details like the cup holders and center console. Also he said he didn't have all the needed equipment to get some spots in the back seat as I guess they were with the manager. My car looks much better but there is definitely room for improvement.
