Elouise McCracken was so helpful throughout my flat search. She was always quick to arrange viewings for me, some of which she suggested herself. She kept me updated and was very responsive to any questions I had. She was genuinely so invested in helping me find a flat. We've already said that if we ever decide to move again in the future, we'll absolutely be choosing Douglas & Gordon because of their professionalism, excellent communication, and exceptional customer service.
