Caution : can’t rely on delivery!
I ordered gluten free donuts to be a significant part of my best friends 40th birthday party. Donuts are a rare treat for those with coeliac right! I paid extra for weekend delivery. They never arrived. As disappointing as this was, I was more disappointed to have to send multiple emails before I got a refund and even more disappointed to find out there was no compensation or improved offer on my order.

We use a third party courier to deliver our parcel and on the rare occasions they do face unexpected issues causing them not to deliver on time. We understand how disappointing this is and we sincerely apologise for that and the inconvenience it has caused. I can see that our team worked to resolve this for you and offered to resend the order out to you for the next available delivery date. Sugar time
More sugar than a Krispy Kreme, so alot more money just means alot more sugar it seems, can still taste the sugar after a whole cup of tea, over half the dooughnut went in the bin. Couldnt actually taste the dough part of the doughnut, seemed it would have been nice with half the amount of sugar.

This is NOT a donut
This is not a donut - it’s a cheap, stodgy gluten free vanilla cake shaped like a donut, and covered in overly sweet icing.
Anyone who reviews this as a “donut” is misleading you. Do not spend money on these dry and overpriced cons.

I ordered my order to the wrong address…
I ordered my order to the wrong address so it didn't arrive - they were understanding and for an extra £15 re-made it and delivered it. It was gluten free so we were very excited about it. The donoughts were very tastey and great flavours but in our opinion were more cake like than donought like, but that's what you expect with Gluten free flower. We have had the normal donoughts before and they are incredible.

Ordered a number of times - always good
I have ordered from Doughnut Time a number of times, the products are always eye-catching and tasty. This time I ordered a gluten free box for someones birthday and unfortunately the product arrived with the doughnuts missing an amount of icing off each of them. It was a little disappointing but it isn't their fault and will be due to shipping.

Don’t bother with the gluten free doughnuts
Ordering was great, quite pricey but for gluten free doughnuts I was happy to pay! Delivery was seamless and they were packaged really well.
Opened the package - absolutely gorgeous looking doughnuts! Took a first bite and DISAPPOINTMENT the doughnuts were cake doughnuts dry dense and oily they all tasted the same no matter which flavour you tried and they all tasted like cheap nasty vanilla sponge. Save your money these are not the gluten free doughnuts you are looking for. Disgusting and let’s be honest being coeliac our standards for doughnuts are already pretty low so these had to be horrific for me to be this unimpressed.

I ordered 3 boxes for my sone birthday…
I ordered 3 boxes for my sone birthday instead of a cake which we were all very excited about because we have really enjoyed them before and wanted them for our special occcasion for us and our friends and family to try because we had loved them in past orders , I do t know if it was because of them not be sealed properly but at least 9 of the doughnuts were terribly dry and in one box at least 5 had been put wrong way so we’re all squashed we were so disappointed and had to go to a supermarket and purchase a cake for my sons birthday event , I do not know what happened it could of been the packing or shipping I do not know but after paying nearly 80 pounds and having no main cake on my sons birthday I am very upset and disappointed not a very nice experience has put us of now in case it was to happen again

Super quick delivery and always tasty doughnuts. Repeat customer and I don't see that changing any time soon.
My only real criticism is I'm still yet to have better than the Ice Ice Bae Bae...

Don’t order if you don’t want your…
Don’t order if you don’t want your money to be trapped into buying doughnuts and not refundable. I paid extra for a specific day delivery for an intended reason. I was excited to receive, opened it straight away and the doughnuts were nothing like the picture the icing had stuck to the top of the box and ruined them. Obviously they are edible but if I just wanted a doughnut to eat I would have just bought a plain doughnut. They were Taylor Swift themed and were just ruined. All I wanted was a refund because I spent nearly £30 on it to use on a display and I couldn’t because they looked nothing like the picture and not even in the same box advertised. All they could do was send me some more or give me a voucher. I ordered six for a reason why would I want another six doughnuts and just waste them because the day I needed it for had passed and I definitely didn’t want a voucher for some more as they are unreliable. Won’t be using again.

Unfortunately the damage to your doughnuts was caused during transit and while the vast majority of our orders do arrive in a great condition, on occasion they do not with stand transit which is something that is out of our control. While we include 'fragile' and 'this way up' messaging on our boxes, it seem DPD wasn't the most careful on this occasion and we're extremely sorry for that.
I can see that the team have offered to resend the order out to you or provide you with an online voucher to the full amount of your order. Please do get back in contact if you would like to accept either of these.

Brilliant service
First class experience, great customer service, and the doughnuts were fantastic. My wife is a coeliac and it’s the first time in a long time she’s had both the volume of choice, and the peace of mind the food was 100% GF.

Great donuts, bad delivery.
The donuts were great - always a favourite! However, unfortunately it seems that the box was transported on its side which means the filling had come out of some of the donuts, some were out of shape etc.
