Bait and switch. No delivery.
Ordered on Sunday morning for delivery on Monday, it's now Wednesday and the product is missing, presumed stale and/or melted in a heatwave.
Rodeo bought Doughnut Time, rebranded all their socials, and are now claiming terrible service is nothing to do with them. I can't believe it's possible to spend £50 on six doughnuts, get baited and switched by these scammers, and told they have nothing to do with the company they bought. Protip: if you took over their Trustpilot page, it's still your company!
Terrible customer service
Paid extra for them to be delivered at a certain time. They showed up 24hours late and we’d already left the hotel. I spent nearly £50 and the customer service response was “t&c blah blah blah”. Awful way to treat a paying customer who never received their items. Go elsewhere.
Incredibly disappointed
Incredibly disappointed. The order was placed as a gift from our students for a colleague who had been at the scene of an accident involving a member of our team. We wanted to celebrate his heroism and the order was not sent. When I complained a further order was also not sent.
I do not recommend, especially for the price of the product
And no - it is the UK based company not the Germany one. The website and logo are all the same as the repliers so do not fall for this! Rodeo.co.uk established 2017 UK.

Donuts from GERMANY!?
Having previously ordered, I placed an order recently for 12 donuts for an event. Disappointingly, they were not delivered that day (Friday) and DHL would not attempt re-delivery until Monday. They actually weren’t delivered until Tuesday, by which time they were obviously dry, stale and too late. Lisa offered a replacement box, which I requested for the following Friday. They were instead delivered on Wednesday (while I was on holiday..) and therefore useless again! I did receive a refund after complaining yet again, but a HUGE waste of time, money and the fact that these are shipping from Germany is just insane! This used to be a UK company, so I would never order again - what a horrible waste of jet fuel!

Lieferung kam nicht rechtzeitig an. Kundenservice versprach zunächst eine kostenlose Ersatzlieferung. Als ich den Wunschtermin dafür zurückgemeldete hatte, wurde ich ignoriert.
Update: Eine Ersatzlieferung kam dann doch noch, aber nach sehr langer Wartezeit. Kein guter Service.

Anscheinend waren die Donuts nicht auf „Lager“ weswegen sie ausgetauscht wurden. Hätte ich so nicht gekauft, weil die extrem gut aussehenden vom Foto und der Beschreibung waren natürlich nicht bei. Auf Email wurde nur reagiert mit „ tut uns leid die waren aus und gib uns eine Resonanz damit wir nächste mal was verbessern können.“ Aber das ich eine Rückerstattung wollte, darauf kam keine Antwort mehr ( was übrigens mein gutes Recht ist, egal ob sie in deren AGBS drin stehen haben, wir tauschen aus und geben vlt auch Bescheid.) Bescheid gegeben wurde auch nicht und bei nur 2 aufgelisteten Donuts die im Endeffekt richtig geliefert worden sind hätte man das erwartet. Der Rest war genau die Sorte Donut die ich nie kaufen würde.
Klasse für den Preis.., Geschmack würde ich 6/10 geben . Konnt ja nicht viel testen.
Über Email habe ich versucht eine Lösung zu erhalten. Wurde nach der Anfrage ignoriert und jetzt habe ich email erhalten über Trostpilot das ich meine Bewertung raus nehmen soll…
Sie veranlassen Löschung für negative Einträge indem sie angeben das die Bewertung nicht für ihren Shop ist, das passiert automatisch dann wenn man nicht rechtzeitig auf die Email antwortet von hier ..

Ordered from this company a few times, and never had any issues ..
Until recently, the prices seemed to of increased quite alot!, so I won’t be ordering anymore sadly ..
Although, after much research, it seems, they have rebranded to Rodeo!
In response to your reply, doughnut time, I have ordered from twice now, and I am in the U.K., and after doing much research, it seems, on many platforms, that you have rebranded from doughnut time to Rodeo Doughnuts!
I would not of reviewed doughnut time if it was under Rodeo, as I have never ordered from you before, unless you have changed names!
It seems you have written this response to lots of reviews…
If you scroll down and look at contact info, it says ‘doughnut time.co.uk’, and when you click on it, it goes to Rodeo, so seems you must of rebranded……
Also, if you type in on Google ‘ doughnuttime ’ Trust Pilot, it comes straight to this page, so this must of been doughnuttime when people left their reviews, as you cannot easily get doughnuttime and Rodeo mixed up …

Really bad customer service after…
Really bad customer service after emailing around 6 times. Was due to have a delivery via dpd and my business is open 7am-10pm. We are a post office and a dpd drop off point. The driver didn't come that day and missed our doughnut drop off plus other customer collections. I then emailed donut time and they said it's my fault the driver couldn't deliver. They did offer 50% off my next order but all they have to do is claim with dpd, I've had a post office for years and this could of been resolved via donut time and dpd.

Great customer service, they sorted out an issue with my order over the Christmas period in a really generous way and my family who recieved the doughnuts absolutely loved them.

Gluten free doughnuts
I ordered two gluten free doughnuts with high hopes because friends have told me the regular ones are good. The texture was like soggy cake and it was so so sweet, all they taste of is too much sugar. They were also much smaller than the regular ones. They are overpriced and disappointing
I wish it was Doughnut time allllll the time.
Regular purchaser and every experience from delivery to consumption is impeccable. I’ve ordered for birthdays, lift me up gifts and just because I fancy a delicious doughnut some days. This latest batch was a treat for the office and they went down very, very well.
Personal favourites are The Hans Rolo, Gordon Jamsey, and the Michael Aero Buble.
Don't bother!
Can’t fault the product. However, if you take one bit of advice in your lifetime, take this… Do not purchase a DIY kit! I ordered 2 for a birthday party, 1 doughnut per child. Only 1 box arrives. Mistakes can happen. However, the aftercare has been dreadful. I explained that the “doughnut decorating” element of the party (something the boys were looking forward to) was ruined and I asked for a full refund. The customer service is atrocious. I have had a bit of back and forth, been part-refunded (not good enough) but since then, I have had 3 emails left unresponded to.
Honestly, if you walk past a shop, by all means buy a doughnut because they are lovely. If you think it would be fun to do the DIY, don’t bother… it will cause you nothing but stress!
Love these doughnuts
Love these doughnuts. Forget how good they are until I bite into one. Look forward to seeing what the next theme box is going to be. Just ordered the Christmas box wish there were more filled doughnuts but they were still delicious. I Order these a treat quite regularly. On the one occasion where a doughnut arrived damaged in the box, customer service were soo helpful providing a full discount to the value of the doughnut. I wish there were more filled doughnuts as options. Will continue to order again and again!
