Sceptique après avoir lu les commentaires laissés ici mais je me suis lancé quand meme.
Le skin que j ai commandé est pour une xone 42 et je dois dire que je suis vraiment satisfait du résultat.
Je l'ai reçu en à peine 3 jours (italie > nord de la france). La pose n a présentée aucun souci tout est clairement bien imprimé. Les coupes sont très bien ajustees (heureusement vous me direz).
Je n'ai pas eu à batailler avec cette boutique qui me parrait fiable de par cette première expérience.
Je saurais a qui m'adresser dorénavant pour les futures achat de ce type.

Absolutely bad the edges peel off after 6 months. The customer service is awful bad. Expect this product to go bad within a year after applying since it does not fully stick correctly even if you thoroughly clean the surface of your mixer and decks. The worst part is that they don’t care about the customer.

I payed 179 dollars for these.

Compré unas skins de vinilo en Doto Design y la experiencia ha sido un desastre absoluto. Para empezar, la calidad de impresión es pésima, se ve fatal. Por si fuera poco, los recortes están mal hechos, por lo que ni siquiera encajan bien.

El servicio de atención al cliente es inexistente: en ningún momento se pusieron en contacto conmigo, ni se molestaron en enviarme una prueba o previsualización de cómo iba a quedar el diseño antes de imprimirlo y enviarlo. Básicamente, imprimen cualquier cosa y te lo mandan sin importarles el resultado. Me siento totalmente estafado. Guardad vuestro dinero y buscad otra alternativa. ¡ESTAFADORES!

Il sito, le immagini, i video, i social, youtube, tutto fatto veramente bene, le aspettative sono alte.....ma il prodotto è davvero come lo presentate, eccezionale. Mi sono cimentata sul vecchio controller prima di applicarlo a breve sulla FLX 10, soldi spesi davvero bene. Ci sentiamo presto per un nuovo ordine. Grazie

Absolutely disgusting customer service and horrendous work on printing the Skin for my Denon Prime GO+. The quality of the skin is very very very poor (Ink faded, bended lines, low quality ink.
This company now is refusing to refund me and demanding me to pay an extra €20 for shipping cost to send the skin back. They are thieves! AVOID AT ALL COST! Take your business somewhere else, at least where others can treat you with respect.
I will post photos soon on all social media to show the evidence. Claim case opened with PayPal now.

Il prodotto è davvero eccezionale! Ho acquistato un paio di skin viola per i miei lettori cdj 2000 e posso dire che sono davvero entusiasta. La qualità è impeccabile, le skin si adattano alla perfezione e sono semplicissime da installare. Inoltre, il colore è davvero brillante e intenso. In futuro, penso proverà anche una skin personalizzata.

It has been the second time that we bought a new skin for the DJ controller. This time it did not last a week until it came back off. The answer was, that the controller was carried in a DJ case and they would not take guarantee for that.

It didn't happen with the first skin and how is a DJ supposed to carry his equipment if not in a case, bag, etc??

Still thinking about that fact, as we are still waiting for an answer to our last email.

Next time we are spending this 100 € with someone else. Thanks for nothing!

I recently bought a skin from Doto Design only to find that the quality was rather poor:

1. Bad cut quality with freying edges
2. Vinyl peeling off the backing inside the packaging
3. Pieces did not fit as they should and had to be manually trimmed to fit correctly

When I conatcted them, I was asked for images so I forwarded what I had, only one or two and some defects before and during installation.

I was then asked for photos of the completed installation which I forwarded and mentioned that I had to make manual adjustments to make the product fit as it should have when it arrived and therefore problems encountered during the installation will not be visible.

The reply was ridiculously ignorant advising me that:

1. The warranty is voided because of the manual adjustments made (accepted but it wasnt a claim, it was feedback).
2. The final installation looks fine therefore the supplied product was correct - ignorant much? I couldnt believe the poor response from Angelo.

I think Angelo was under the impression that I imported this product for a client but it was for my own studio unit. There was no claim required but the feedback was rejected, asif I had lied about the issues even though the images were glaring indications of the product quality.

Apart from the above, the shipping was fast and the communication was reasonable.

The product installation was incredibly difficult taking almost two hours (should be 30 minutes tops) because you cannot align the skin without the vinly adhering to the surface making it stick. I made a suggestion in this regard to help with easier installation but this was rejected.

I can deal with the fact that there can be issues but if there is refusal to accept feedback from a client, someone that paid for the product and physically installed it himeself, then there is somerthing wrong with the company culture.

Please consider alternate guys for a better experience

I ordered a denon prime 4 plus skin. The skin was not a high-quality product for me, and there were several defects that didn’t fit properly. I managed to adjust everything somehow, but what I find really bad is the customer service. They simply ignore emails, whether in English or Italian. I was already issued an incorrect invoice and only requested a correction. But apparently, they don’t take customers seriously. For me, never again with this company. Save yourself the trouble – if there’s an issue, no one will take care of it!

Ho comprato una skin per il mio Pioneer per personalizzare la mia Console e devo dire che è veramente TOP.
Si applica con molta semplicità ma occhio a posizionarla bene altrimenti si rischia di andare storti.
Il risultato è stupefacente, complimenti a chi ha realizzato il tutto, in ogni minimo dettaglio.
A dimenticavo ....... strabiliante la velocità di consegna.

Ho comprato una skin per il mio Pioneer A9.

Alta qualità sia di materiali che di stampa, pellicola bella spessa e agevole nell’installazione.

Pacco ben curato, confezione con istruzioni di montaggio ben precise, spedizione velocissima.

Finalmente un’azienda italiana che lavora da vero Made in Italy!

Be careful buying from this company!!
1, I got my package 10 days late even tho they charge for express but they blamed it on the shipment company!
2, And now they don’t want to return any money for the issue.
3, Last thing they did was gave my package to someone that’s not even my signature! Very unprofessional!! Will not use again!!
