I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dopa. Over the course of using the platform, I spent more than **$3,500**, yet a package valued at approximately **$120** was never delivered. Although the company claims the item was shipped, no proof of successful delivery has been provided.
I followed all instructions given by support, waited several weeks, checked with my local post office, and even contacted neighbors as advised. Despite these efforts, the package was never received. Rather than offering a meaningful resolution, customer support repeatedly sent generic responses and encouraged continued spending, without addressing the missing item or taking responsibility.
For a company of this size, expecting customers to absorb losses for undelivered products is unacceptable. I acted in good faith and allowed ample time for investigation, but that effort was not reciprocated with accountability or proper customer service.
Due to the lack of resolution, I requested a full refund and account closure. Unfortunately, the process has been unnecessarily difficult and unprofessional.
I would strongly caution potential customers: **if an item is lost or not delivered, do not expect timely support or a fair resolution.
