If I could leave zero stars I would
If I could leave zero stars I would! This company should be ashamed.
Took full advantage of my 87 year old mother on her own doorstep! Knocked on her door at 7pm at night and somehow bribed her into making a deal with them. Even after she told them she doesn’t have an email address they proceeded to stand on her doorstep and somehow make her one up!! Asked for her bank details and when she said she couldn’t see very well took her card from her and got the bank details from her card themselves! Absolute shocking level of service! My mother has now been to her bank and this company had already set up a direct debit for £140 a month! How they can take advantage of an old lady like this even after she told them her eyesite is terrible and she is very hard of hearing is beyond me.

I was stopped in the street bombarded with information and then all.of sudden guy takes my phone ticks boxes and I didn't agree to anything just thought he was showing me what he was talking about and then he said that's done.
I didn't want to change my supplier I was happy with who i was with.
