Promised of increased traffic, engagement but nothing. No simple way to cancel on the hub, no subscription dates, no communication of future payments. Do not recommend. Waste of money.

My Doer is punctual and eager to learn and help. She is responsive and follows through on all tasks. Her marketing design has improved but with the initial samples the clips have still only been average. Now that we are building projects we are aligning our feedback cycle with me reviewing what needs to be submitted and posted.
I enjoy working with my Doer and plan to extend her.

Rikki, our Doer, has been a joy to work with - reliable, warm, and always willing to give something a go. Over time, she’s gained confidence, started offering suggestions, and become a valuable part of our team. She’s taken ownership of our website tasks, including uploading products, improving SEO, as well as conducting market research and implementing new apps and systems - things I used to struggle to find time for or didn’t have the skills to do myself.
This isn’t a magic fix though. There’s a real learning curve, and it’s definitely not hands-off. It’s taken daily communication and a lot of training and structure to get to this point. I also wish there was more transparency around how hours are tracked - that part still feels unclear, especially if things take a bit longer than expected.
The process has pushed me to learn things I otherwise wouldn’t have made time for. I think it would help if Outsourced Doers gave a clearer idea upfront of how much time you'll need to invest to get your Doer up and running. That said, once you're through the initial phase, the relationship is really rewarding. After four months of getting our feet under us, we’re hopeful the next three months will bring some revenue gains.

I have a remarkable Doer. A perfect fit! He made this experience successful. Right after I signed up, I had a large life event that prevented me from putting in the up front time that I needed to get the most out of this great situation. Explaining my situation, I had tried to delay my start day, but apparently, I was too late. OD addressed it but only to ask me to put time into preparation. Time was the resource I didn't have at that point.
I'm making things work, thanks to a great Doer, but I definitely started off balance: I needed a lot more preparation than I was able to dedicate.
I feel as if I had a perfect storm of difficulty that, possibly, OD hadn't encountered previously and wasn't prepared to address adequately.
That said, this is an excellent opportunity if one is able to invest the significant time and deep, paradigm-shifting thought needed to avail oneself of the benefits of this creative solution.
