My experience was quite pleasant. The DOMNO team has a great dynamic in responding very promptly & ensuring care of their customers. I had a concern wear a ring watch had broken after a short period of time, and in no time did the team respond quickly to send out a replacement. I look forward to purchasing more soon.

As explained in our emails, we offered a contribution toward resolving the issue, but you chose to refuse the parcel, which was entirely your right. We can only apologise for the customs charges applied by Poste Italiane, as these fees are outside of our control.

Incredible experience from start to finish. Originally, I went to order the 7 for £70 but it wasn’t working due to a temporary deal overriding it - but Dom quickly fixed it. I ordered, and dispatch/delivery was incredibly quick. Great pieces and great quality. I sent a few bits back, return process was seamless and my refund was very quick. So, I ordered more. I found they were incredibly focused on not only great products, but the customer experience. I will be ordering again!

Would definitely recommend <33 I ordered six pieces and I love every single one of them. The shipping to germany was so fast, I think it was 4 days, they must have send it right away. Really unique pieces with a very nice style and I‘m really impressed by the details on the jewelry as well. Keep it up, best of luck <3

Didn't receive my order. Customer service is disgusting and completely ignores the customer. The entire amount was lost without me receiving any goods.
So beware, this is just a scam.

Overpriced and does not ship orders
Overcharges for the goods, does not ship as agreed. When the goods arrive, there is a lot missing and when you complain they say they will sort it out. After that you do not get any more contact with them, and you do not get any money back for the goods they failed to ship. It seems like the entire online store is based on tricking customers into paying for something they do not get.

Don’t buy a mystery box from this…
Don’t buy a mystery box from this company. My son just got a mystery box for his Christmas gift and the sizes were wrong all too small, brands were none of the ones he said he liked and all 3 items had large very noticeable stains on them. Very disappointed kiddo on Christmas. I was going to exchange the items but shipping to England is so expensive over $100 so now just going to donate the items.

Great customer service and quality of item!
The brand really stays in touch with you whilst they’re in the process of shipping your item which is always reassuring that the item will come in great condition and quality! Only thing that stops me from giving a 5 star is that when ordering a pendant, the details about the chain isn’t very clear but still happy with the item.

Bijoux commandés sur ce site anglais pour une livraison en France.
J'ai dû m'acquitter de 30 euros de frais de douane supplémentaires à la poste pour pouvoir retirer mon colis.
Attention aucune info à ce sujet n'est mentionnée lors du passage de la commande. L'info se trouve dans les politiques d'expédition en bas de page. Il n'y a pas d'accords commerciaux de ce site basé au Royaume Uni avec l'Europe donc les commandes sont soumises à des frais de douane. Attention !
Je n'ai certainement pas été assez vigilante mais il me semble que Domno pourrait communiquer sur le sujet lors du passage de la commande.
Je ne renouvellerai pas l'expérience.

My first vintage mystery box
My first vintage mystery box, I didn’t get the best outfit I’d hoped for, but that’s the game you play with a mystery box. The actual cost of the clothing items I received does seem fair compared to what I paid for the mystery box, I can’t complain about that, it’s moreso the outfit itself as I received a pair of blue jeans and a plain baby blue sweatshirt, it’s very basic and I was expecting something more obviously vintage and stylish. The clothes I received did not smell great at all and required washing instantly, which I imagine most would do with 2nd hand clothes anyway but wasn’t a great first impression when opening the package, I did also pay for an additional mystery item which ended up being a fairly basic neck chain with a pendant of a mobile phone on it 😂 so overall fairly disappointed but again, that’s the risk.

I get that mystery boxes can be a bit of a gamble, and we do aim to put together strong outfits but sometimes the pieces might not be quite what you were hoping for. We’d be more than happy to arrange a return and swap out some items for something more suited to your style.
We do wash every item before it leaves our warehouse, but I hear you on the first impression, we’ll take that on board. As for the mystery item, it can be clothing, accessories, or jewelry, and this time you got jewelry!

Leider keine gute Erfahrung gemacht.
Ich hatte am 21.05.2024 eine größere Bestellung bei Domno aufgegeben (2x Hosen, 2x Pullover, insgesamt 164 €). Am 22.05. kam die Versandbestätigung, aber danach ging bei DPD nichts mehr voran. Am 29.05. musste ich den Kundenservice kontaktieren und habe dann erfahren, dass mein Paket „anscheinend“ verloren gegangen ist. Mein Geld habe ich zwar erstattet bekommen, aber die Pieces waren einmalig. Echt schade, dass Domno nicht versucht hat, das Paket zu finden oder nachzuverfolgen. :/
Meine zweite Bestellung vom 23.05. (2x kurze Hosen) kam immerhin an, aber die Farben und der Stoff waren komplett anders als erwartet, das war enttäuschend. Noch dazu kamen unerwartete Extrakosten von 25€ Zollgebühren bei der Abholung im DPD-Shop. Also habe ich 30 € für die Hosen, 8 € Versand und 25€ Zoll gezahlt. 63€… dafür, dass die Hosen mir nicht mal richtig gefallen. Hat sich für mich leider überhaupt nicht gelohnt.
Leider werde ich hier nicht mehr bestellen. Schade, dass mit DPD verschickt wird. Meine Erfahrungen damit sind einfach nicht gut. DHL auf die eins!! ☝🏻

I’m really sorry to hear about your shipping experience. Lost parcels with DPD are extremely rare, and once shipped, it’s out of our hands. That said, we did process your refund and apologise for the inconvenience. We do offer a DHL shipping option, which is more reliable but comes at a slightly higher cost.
Regarding EU customs, the process is managed on the receiver’s end and doesn’t always cause delays, but it sounds like you had some bad luck this time. Hopefully, future orders won’t have the same issue!
As for your second order, we’re really sorry that the colour and material of the bottoms didn’t match expectations. You’re absolutely welcome to return them, and we’d be happy to assist with that.

Ordered 9 piece mystery jewellery box, came in decent time.
I asked for mainly rings but they only sent 3 and 6 chains, I would have just ordered a ring bundle if I knew they would ignore my note.
The products themself seem like decent quality though.
