Just had our air con installed and it's been fantastic! The whole team was amazing, really friendly and went out of their way to make sure we got exactly what we needed for our home. They kept everything tidy during the install and you could tell they genuinely cared about doing a great job.
Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service, we had the air con unit installed about 3 years ago and it's been flawless ever since. We have an annual service to keep it in top condition. Josh the service engineer was really professional and friendly and got the job done fast.

Josh came to service our 4 units today. Extremely thorough, much more so than others who have serviced them in the past. Friendly approach and took us through the test results explaining everything. Units look great now.

Ryan was very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. When we weren’t sure whether to get 2 or 3 indoor units he came for a home visit to talk us through the process & pros/cons. This all without feeling forced to make a decision on the spot nor did we feel like we were pushed into purchasing. Ryan made sure we made a well informed decisions, which we appreciate!

Once decide on which unit we wanted, they got to work pretty quickly. The engineers were friendly, efficient and clean! They left the house in the way they found it. I also got the option to purchased a cover for the outdoor unit which they installed and makes the front of our house look a lot smarter.

Overall a great experience & would definitely use them for any AC installation in the future!

We had such a great experience with Domestic Air. From start to finish, the whole team was so professional and easy to deal with. Ryan took the time to explain all the different options to us and answered every single question we had; nothing was too much trouble.

On installation day, Matt and Conrad were brilliant. They were efficient, super friendly, and made the whole process stress-free. They cleaned up after themselves and took the time to show us exactly how everything worked before leaving, which we really appreciated.

This is the second Panasonic split air-conditioning unit I’ve had installed by Domestic Air — the first was in my bedroom two years ago, and this time in the living room. Both times the installation has been carried out to a very high standard. The engineer was professional, efficient, and left my home clean and tidy. I’m extremely pleased with the service and would not hesitate to recommend Domestic Air to anyone considering air-conditioning.

After lots of research, I settled on this company to instal my Heat and Aircon units. Like most customers you question yourself, have I chosen the right company. Well I most definitely did. From pre install right through to the end, the whole project was seamless, the engineers were professional, polite and extremely hard working. Would highly recommend.

Excellent company. Great install and really friendly. Advised me on the best unit for me (not the most expensive) and excellent install. The installation was really pain free and worked around me working from home.
