Built In Kitchen Appliances Ltd Anmeldelser

I was very pleased I found BIKA Ltd. My built in oven door fell off at 6pm and I urgently needed a new oven. I ordered my new Capel double oven online that evening and collected it at 9.30am the next morning. BIKA are excellent. I recommend a visit to their showroom too.

Excellent service and cheaper than many of the 'big' appliance suppliers. Delivered on tie and fitted with care. Will definitely be using them again when needed.

The site was easy to use the communication was good and delivery men were efficient. The only improvement for me would be delivery time, it would have been useful if you were able to tell me AM or PM.

Great prices on quality appliances, great company and the staff are so helpful

Website very easy to use. Plenty of choice of machines. Friendly, helpful people on the phone. First called to check if you remove washing machines. Lesley was really helpful. Most impressed there is not charge for this.
Reassured that I was called yesterday, confirming delivery today and timings.
Impressed by this follow up survey.
Always been most satisfied with everything I have bought from you. Excellent range of products of good quality. Competitive prices. This machine has a 10 year guarantee!!

Easy online order and very smooth delivery. Even removed our old appliance free of charge

Has 2 visits to Built In Kitchen Appliances on Belmont Road, with both times being looked after by Lee.
He was great, knowledgeable and polite, and was the most attentive person we have dealt with anywhere in helping us choose our appliances, to which we can only say 'Thank You'.
If only other companies had their very own 'Lee'....

I want to thank Lee for helping me navigate all the appliances I needed in your store. There was such a good selection I would not have been able to identify them all without her help
She was endlessly patient and professional, I can't thank her enough

Lovely sink and great price

The website was good, the prices were fair and it was easy to do the click and collect.

Bought a kitchen sink
They had the biggest range all on display Excellent service very helpful staff who know the products you can see the exact thing you are buying as they have them all on display and in stock no waiting for delivery

Ordered on line to collect. Quick service in the shop to get the collection note and excellent service by Andy in the stores who came and put it in the car for me !

purchased a washing machine via click and collect, within 1/2 an hour, they rang back to say it was ready.
I went there in the car, the sales team dealt with me immediately, the warehouseman gave me a lift into the car with the machine.
So within an hour of ordering, the machine was in the house.
Washing machine was a very good price, with 2 year parts and labour.
Excellent service.

I am very happy to buy from them! The fridge looks good, it is very roomy and stylish, the communication was excellent and the guys who delivered the product were polite and friendly.

Very helpful people in the office who cancelled my second order for the same item because i made a mistake 😂
The men who delivered my fridge freezer were polite and courteous, friendly and took care when bringing the bulky appliance in. I get all my kitchen goods here and will continue to do so.

I bought a washing machine there this week. I've never experienced such friendly, helpful, speedy and efficient service, from ordering on Tuesday and fitting two days later. Prices are brilliant! Delivery, fitting and removal of old appliance all one very reasonable price. Highly recommended - I will certainly go there again.

Great service.Would definitely recommend.
