The Dolce Vita agent, Carolina, was very helpful and knowledgable. Understanding that we were international clients, she was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and well taken care of. She was also very knowledgable about the area and gave us the information we needed to make the right decision for our investment. We would always recommend Dolce Vita for real estate investments in the Dominican Republic!

From the very beginning, they understood exactly what I was looking for. They quickly grasped my tastes and needs, and were very selective in showing me only the projects that truly aligned with what I wanted.

They have been highly diligent in their communication and in handling all the paperwork, and they’ve kept us updated with the progress of the project even after the sale was completed.
I felt fully supported and well-guided throughout the entire process.

I definitely want to continue working with them. I highly recommend them!

Excellent client engagement, go beyond and above for client, feels like a family and very trustworthy. I would definitely recommend Dolce Vita to everyone even if you speak different language and race they treat everyone with honor and like a family.

I was looking for an apartment in Dominican Republic and reached Dolce Vita Luxury Properties. We had few written then verbal exchanges with a good responsiveness to my several questions. A great video conference call helped fine tuning my needs. Afterwards I decided to come and visit there some places to fix my ideas with the useful assistance and cleverness of Carolina at Dolce Vita Luxury Properties. Few days later I made my choice and have been supported throughout the acquisition process by her on a timely manner with an impressive listening, finding suitable solutions to my queries. So truly, up to now, I have a great experience and strongly recommend this professional real estate agency. Michel.

Carolina is an amazing real state, she really take care of their clients at any time any day… always looking to find a solution if any problem occurs or provide quick answers for client’s questions or doubts….

I was initially hesitant about buying property in the Dominican Republic, but working with Dolce Vita completely changed that. They didn’t just show me great options—they guided me through every step of the process, always responsive and ready with solutions whenever I needed support. I highly recommend working with them!
