Would like to give more stars as the piece I ordered was lovely, when it eventually arrived. Please do not pay attention to the line running across the top of the website. This states that all jewellery takes up to 5 working days to make, but apparently on the page where you place your order it can take up to 10 working days to make! Not helpful when you're expecting a present to arrive before the date it's required.

The items arrived quicker than expected. I ordered a mummy and baby bangle which were both engraved and good quality. The price tag was also fab at just £42 for the two personalised silver bangles for my daughter and I. Well worth the money!

Ordered In plenty of time for Mother’s Day but still hasn’t arrived. Would prefer the seller to offer courier delivery. For what I paid first class, I would have much preferred to pay a. Extra couple of pound to ensure delivery on time.

I’ve been in contact with you, and all you said was the same thing in your reply. Royal Mail is at fault. I’m not disputing this in anyway all I’m suggesting is maybe give customers the option to pay for courier. Also as much as you say Royal Mail is at fault, I ordered an item from another website 16.03.2023 sent first class and that was here by 18.03.2023. Il keep waiting to see if anything arrives.
