Definitely a Scam.
Saw the ad on Instagram and liked the look of the Jewellery Boxes.
After more than a month of no delivery I emailed them and they claimed it was delivered.
It was never delivered and the tracking number provided indicated it was yet to be shipped!
I emailed again about this and they switched their story and said it must have been lost in transit and offered 15% refund (sounds familiar if you read the other reviews).
So I then immediately put a claim through my credit card about non delivery with screenshots of the communication and tracking number that showed non shipment.
I also sent a firmly written AI legal letter confirming I was reporting them to the credit card company, and authorities related to online fraud.
My full refund was provided a week later.

Arnaque on dépose soit disant votre colis sans vous prévenir dans l’allée de votre rue.
Aucun accusé de réception.
Aucun retour, sauf en allant vers le service client par 3x pour qu’on vous
Réponde, en accusant les associés choisis:

Bonjour, je suis sincèrement désolé(e) que votre colis ait été perdu en raison d’une erreur de livraison de la part de la société de transport. Je vous présente toutes mes excuses pour cet incident.
Je ne peux malheureusement vous proposer qu’un dédommagement de 15 %, ce qui représente le maximum que je puisse vous accorder. En effet, nous avons également engagé des frais liés au coût du produit ainsi qu’à la main-d’œuvre et au service. Nous espérons donc que vous pourrez comprendre notre situation.
Nous vous remercions de votre compréhension.

Paid for product but was never delivered. They gave me the run around and gave me the same offer as other customers. Very fraudulent company with no morals . DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. You will lose your money. Legal proceedings should be filed against them

Commande de boîte a bijoux jamais arrivé un suivi inexistant malgré la demande de ma part et finalement un colis soit disant livré j'ai demandé le revoit de la commande produit soit disant en rupture refus de remboursement fuyez c'est de l'arnaque

I should have looked into this company before I tried to buy jewellery box.
Very disappointed with the lack of communication about my order.
Out of sheer frustration I have agreed to a partial refund. I really wonder if the product exists

Ordered product. The charged my credit card and then I never received the package. After emailing their "customer support" multiple times, they offered me only a 15% refund. That's pretty much stealing. I will be disputing this with my credit card company. DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

SCAM!! Thye will say you package was lost and they can give you a 25% refund which will never show up. STAY AWAY. THIS IS FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCES

I ordered an item from Doitava and it never arrived. The company said it was delivered but I never received it. Do NOT order from this company. IT'S A SCAM!!!

Do not buy from this company. I ordered an item and it wasn't delivered. They did actually admit that it had not been delivered and that it got lost in transit. They initially offered me a 15% refund. I asked for a replacement and they said it was out of stock. I pressed the issue and I finally got a 60% refund after much haggling. Obviously it should have been 100%. Not impressed to say the least.
