Unmatched Excellence
These folks installed our fence around 4 yrs ago. They have given excellent service. Coming out when cable folks cut thru our wire, when we cut thru our wire and always give polite and timely service and advice. We have purchased additional receivers and multiple batteries and never had an issue.
We are moving south and had wire installed from another service that no where near offers the same level of customer service.
We want to thank them for all these years of excellent service and kindness.

The installation was great but totally terrorized our little dog when showing us how to train him. It was the complete opposite of how the book and others have told us to train him. They had the system set at the strongest level instead of the lowest.

At our business we always start at the lowest level possible to contain your dog, with you the customer having the ability to turn it up as needed, which in your case was only level two. We want this experience to be both pleasant for them and you. The last thing in this world we ever want to do is terrorize your pet, Also there are many training methods, we choose the one that works best for the situation. Great service. Called back promptly everytime, explained their product and installation but was not pushy in our decision. Installers were friendly, mannerly and left everything cleaned up and neat. After 3 weeks I had a question and they called back and answered it the same day. Highly recommend Dog Watch

They came on a drizzly day to install. We walked the perimeter so they could install exactly where I wanted it. Both guys (sorry, forgot names) were friendly and professional. When project was finished, we did some training with the two dogs. One later dashed through but I adjusted the collar level. This solved the issue. From start (initial phone contact) to finish (replacing grass and training tips, I am pleased with DogWatch of SE OH. They also provide maintenance and repair service.

DogWatch has been great!
We had a great experience with DogWatch of Southeastern Ohio. Mike and his staff were very knowledgeable and courteous. They took the time to explain everything in detail and help train for the first go around. We’ve had the system for just over a month now and we’ve had great success so far. The dogs love their new found freedom!

Top notch experience!
From the initial contact all the way through the installation there isn’t a single thing I would have changed.
Our dog can now safely enjoy the full yard and not have to be leashed constantly.

Topnotch! Great experience from beginning to end! Installers were very professional and patient in answering our many questions. They were very neat in their work and offered many suggestions. Our 7 month Standard Schnauzer is much happier now (and so are we) with our outdoor experience together. He is responding well to the training and has not challenged the flags since the one time the first day. Very pleased with our purchase. A great investment for our pup's safety and happiness! Considering that he was continually a runaway before I got him from the shelter, I would say that the fence has solved our problem. Well done!
