The structure is very well done and I like how the modules are structured and that there is a quiz after each module. The exercises work very well with my dog and I can see progress after just a short time. It is well explained and a lot is shown. I also like the individual courses on the subject areas, so that the quiz at the beginning really offers you the courses you need. I also think it is very good that games are integrated.
The only thing that I think could be improved is that some (few) videos have errors in the sound, so it gets quieter and you can hardly understand anything. And the fact that the quizzes after the modules are in English makes it a bit more difficult for me to understand them properly. But it works with an online translator.
I think it is worth highlighting that you can see how much effort has been put in and that every video has been translated into German.

If I could give zero stars I would. This, like the other reviews shows prospective purchasers this is a scam. I originally paid $20 for a training guide only to find a month later I was debited $71 for a subscription service. When I queried this with these scammers they said that the terms and conditions are clear. I am very careful online but don't recall ever seeing this. Apparently I subscribed to a monthly amount. Yeah right. A reputable company would provide an email warning that a direct debit is pending. I never intended to subscribe to anything so this is dishonest. In Australia this company would be prosecuted for misleading and deceptive conduct.
The responses from the company are patronising and refer you to a money back guarantee which is laughable as its not achievable. AVOID

They responded to my review with a patronising email. They said all users get an automatic email but that is just a welcome email. No notification about an ongoing subscription. Also there is no way of cancelling the subscription online in your account. They don't make it clear. SUCH A DODGY COMPANY. Hope others don't get sucked in.

This company is a complete scam. Money hungry losers. You'll get absolutely no correspondence after the initial email. I didn't even remember setting this up until I got a charge of $111 off my credit card today. They refuse to refund your money. Nice way to steal a person's money when you don't send any subscription reminders like all legitimate companies do. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

I signed up for this after seeing an ad on Instagram. I was under the impression that it was $19.99 for a class, and I thought that was a good deal. Literally NOWHERE was it advertised that this was a subscription. Fast forward to 1 month later, I get a $49.99 charge to my card. I received no notice of renewal email, so of course I wasn't able to cancel prior to the charge. I then try to log into the website, and see no spot to cancel or even view my "subscription." So I email, and they claim they've cancelled, but would require video proof of my dog "not following my commands" to receive a refund. As of today, I've emailed back sharing my thoughts and also saying that I'm not comfortable sending a video of my dog to get MY money back.

SCAMMERS! The product is crap and the auto billing means they can keep on debiting your account and if you think you can just cancel, think again! The process for cancelling requires an email to the seller who don't respond. Then when you try to charge back it gets declined because there is no cancellation confirmation from the seller. I also cancelled my PayPal after this experience as I was able to prove that I did everything correctly to cancel the subscription but because the seller didn't respond I got left holding the can, apparently that is somehow my fault that the seller ignores correspondence!

This program is poorly videoed and dubbed making the execution of the training difficult. There is a lot of dialogue and very little showing you how to train the dog.
The worst part is I was under the impression I had signed up for a trial of 1 month £19.99 only to find they have been taking £49.99 for the last 3 months and refused to give any money back.

Deceptive company!!! Do not use. Signed up to try it for three months, but then they charged me for 80€ a few months later because I didn’t cancel. It wasn’t clear at all that they would be transferring me to another commitment of time, and they sent ZERO emails about it. Utter scam. Signed up for the trial for £20 and the videos are rubbish so messaged them to unsubscribe as no way to do this on the actual site. Forgot about it and they have charged me £49 per month for the last 3 months and will not offer me a refund. Scam. £170 for something that is utter rubbish. Do not even bother with a free trial.
