I really love this app because it keeps me accountable & I seem to fail every time I try to lose weight because I’m not held accountable. The only bad thing about this app is the price point & the refund policy!! Other than that, I would recommend to anyone trying to lose weight.

I’ve only been using the app for 3 days but love the interface and the widget ❤️ Love this!! I’m also so pleased the app adjusts to my time zone too!!

I only started on the 26th December, 2023.
So far so good, I have found it easy to use and love the variety of recipes.
I would like to see a manual part to add my steps. The google fit doesn't record accurately even when I add steps manually it still doesn't add steps correctly. I have a rummfit watch band which records everything even though it is linked with google fit on google fit for some reason only part is recorded. One other thing I keep getting emails to start my fast. I have replied twice to say I started on the 26th December. So far I am happy with the program and the app.

Love it but for the money paid there should been a basic eating plan

I really like this app. Everything I was looking for as a guide to fasting.

Food items have many listings for the same things with different caloric values?? Serving sizes are not quantified and are unclear. The app only holds a small list of foods previously recorded, so I have to look up the foods time and time again and have to rekey customized foods as they are not retained in my list.

So far I am 3 days in and what I do like is the accountability it gives me for what I am actually eating during the day. I always had the anything in moderation isn’t bad for you attitude, but now in my 40s that doesn’t jive the same and science has changed from eating something small every couple hours to keep metabolism going to now fasting for periods of time. I’m willing to try and see if it works for me.

What I don’t like and maybe I just don’t know how to do it, is I don’t like how the app tracks calories/macros values per serving. It seems limited and inaccurate at times. I find that I need to look up what I am eating and create a custom meal and enter the nutritional values myself which is time consuming and then why am I paying for an app.

I paid for 3 months because I knew I needed the accountability for more than a week, but most likely will cancel after that.

Took a little bit to understand where all the functions are but the HELP live was great with my questions -very quick to respond _and it’s working great …day 3 of my fasting and I’m feeling awesome !!!!!!!

Too over the top... High pressure, alot of upsales..
Product promotion and simply overly commercialized!!
They certainly know how to market, I give them credit for all of their SEO, advertising..
But AVOID!!

Scam app that’s a rip off of other similar apps. They won’t let you proceed with a free trial if you untick the “allow my card details to be saved for future payments”. They also have grossly misspelled throughout the questionnaire they get you to answer. Avoid at all costs.

it's easy to use, abd I like the remiders when fasting begins and end. the food category is a bit chunky and it's American based, otherwise I'm enjoying the experience 😎

Absolutely shocking experience with these, signed up for 7 day trial, didn't realise I was signed up to automated payment of $79.20, paid trial by PayPal, to which. They came into revolut to take the $79 and revolut blocked them, it was then I checked my mail and they had taken the money FROM MY HUSBANDS CARD, This is a very deceiving thing to do. I thought that can't be possible as my PayPal balance was to low to let the transaction go ahead, however to my dismay my husbands card was registered to my PayPal from a purchase months ago he had made to a totally different seller ,and they came in and took the $79 from his card with no authorisation to do so.
And am so annoyed PayPal let this happen and did not flag also the way revolut did.
I am still fighting for my refund since the 6th Oct 23.

I had issues with this app from the start. I attempted to cancel and was unable to do so. I deleted the app and was charged $79.99. I contacted them the same day and told them I had not used the app due to difficulties AND sent them screenshots showing there was no choice to cancel, which I took before I deleted the app just in case. They refused to issue a refund. I would not recommend this app.

I love this app. It's easy and quick to use, keeps track of everything and I find completing it gives me the motivation I was lacking to stick to a fasting regime. The recipes are brilliant and have made all my family eat healthier. Can't fault it, I've chosen lifetime access now as don't want to be without it.

After using the App for only 5 days I cancelled, I didn’t seem to get much from the app. After canceling I expected a refund. I am still fighting them on getting a refund of $69.99. They say I was supposed to “write” them for a refund request. So I did write them after my expected refund never came through and now I am told it’s past 14 days!!! I told them I was on a free trial and since I have proof of cancellation within 5 days that should have been enough for an automatic refund!!! Still fighting to get a refund!!!!!!! What a low grade company! Don’t use them!!! I wish I hadn’t!!
