great tool if you need to mail stuff regularly.

Very easy to use - intuitive and I really appreciate the documentation the system creates on my behalf to confirm when and how it was mailed.

Update to review below:
The main issue is that there is no one to talk to you. Basically once you've paid sit back and expect the worst. I sent a few emails asking for a phone number so we can discuss a way forward, emails were ignored and phone number not provided. I would never have gone ahead and ordered through a facelss company. Please don't fall for this. At least let my negative experience prevent others having the same. To read about my saga, see below: I uploaded a letter early afternoon to be sent priority mail express. Within an hour the dashboard said printed and sent, and gave me a USPS tracking code. When I asked today where it is on for they said: No the item has not been sent yet and will not arrive before Tuesday 23rd June which makes it a 6 day delivery which I paid over $40 for a single letter. I asked for a refund as this is not acceptable and have heard nothing since.

God awful service. Slow delays for premium pricing. Still havent shipped my letter i sent a week ago certified mail and they have zero customer service but a garbage ai bot for help. Never using again.

This service worked, until I really needed it and then it didn't work and there is no way to fix it. I used Docupost to mail a 20 page document to the IRS. The IRS received it but said the documents were completely unreadable. Seems like Docupost has no quality control. I tried to raise a ticket to get some answers from Docupost, but their worthless AI support bot kept giving me a link that said that to get help, I needed to subscribe to a monthly plan, even though I've been paying all along for each individual mailing packet that Docupost has sent for me. I'll never use this service again.

I love DocuPost! It's easy to send letters and they have the best prices on the market.

Not usable unless you have an UK, USA or Mexican phone number.

Docupost have saved soo much time for me. It is easy, you can track your mail, dates and export all your history. I had an idea about this but this company really did good. Mond blown by their service. I am ok to pay 50cents more than driving and waiting.

If I could take stars away I would. By far the worst experience ever! Important mail that needs to be somewhere quick your better off walking the mail to that location. Paid $20 to next day mail it's been two weeks and it went passed where it had to go. Never again. Now I see mail I paid for months back that never paid. Horrible horrible experience.

A few months ago I signed up and sent a few important legal mail items. I assumed I'd be able to log on again to track the mail.
Then in October I paid and set up to mail item another important letter/document.
Later that day I received an email from a noreply address "We were unable to fulfill your mailing request(s) submitted via DocuPost. Your pending mailings have been cancelled and a refund has been initiated if applicable. Refunds may take 3-7 days to appear on your credit card statement. We apologize for the inconvenience."
I tried to log on and when I get to the dashboard, it flashes my account for under a second and then gives me a blank screen. I have tried multiple times since then and I cannot access my account or my previously mailed documents.
These are LEGAL DOCUMENTS. I must be able to track them. There is no way to even contact customer support.
This company has 100% violated my trust and put me legally at risk by cutting off access to the mail I sent and giving me no way to even access the tracking numbers.
I am considering legal action.
Stay away and DO NOT TRUST this company.

Update: On Nov 9, 2025, the company restored my access to my account.

Least expensive system I have found so far. Easy to use and has been a good experience

A very slick mailing service that has minimal setup and unneeded steps to get mailing. Makes it easy to set sender, recipient, and contents. So good.

I tried sending the first letter to myself and I never got it. It shows delivered in the dashboard. I can't file lost complaint because it is past 7 days. There is no customer care number and the AI bot is spitting wrong info.
