Purchase of a Tenancy document for 12 months 23/03/2026
Yesterday I had to renew my daughter’s tenancy agreement and reduce her rent. She needed a new version also due to the changes in tenancy agreements I was able to provide the new requirements. I used the web to find a template and chose one, (Documentify.co.uk), It seemed straight forward so I went ahead.
The following day I had an issue when I received a message when trying to create the document so I could print it or send it , but I persevered until I was able to send this to my daughter. The next issue was when I kept getting emails from the company asking me to print my document which I had done but now they wanted me to pay. I queried why when I had paid for a full year, subscription- Then the most helpful person on this planet ‘Ernesto Padilla’ asked if I had used a different email log on when paying. I said yes as my AOL email is linked to my bank account. He said that is the problem …..So simple when you know why, so now everything is fine but the speed in which Ernesto dealt with the issue on a ‘Bank Holiday’ in this country was remarkable within minutes everything was verified and I received back his feedback of what I needed to do. Why isn’t this standard of assistance everywhere else? Well Done Ernesto and thank you for your time.
