Nice to have in the business toolkit
I liked the simple layout and the options for same agreements in favor of chosen parts.
English is not my primary language and legislative language is always a hassle with international clients.
This product helps me tackle this issue.
I can download the documents and later edit them as I need them, as some things may be missing or special clauses need to be added.
I liked that a lot. This flexibility is another point to the autonomy DOCPRO gives me.

Harassment does not even start to touch how this woman blew my phone up over and over and over I mean on Christmas Eve on Christmas Day on New Year's Eve New Year's Day morning $290.03 or .04¢. Once I got to look into the company I decided that I did not want to invest my money with them that I should do something different so on that note I called Carly and left her a voicemail asking you know for the ,,$290.03 be credited back to my MasterCard of course there was no answer so I left a voicemail and then I called the customer service number and I left a message there with someone and she assured me that it would be done within the next two weeks I would have the money back on my card she canceled & voided my contract, assured me that I would have the refund by January 22nd no later than January 23rd 2026. So I've called Carly she has blocked my phone number & several other numbers I've called from. Bottom line they don't tell the truth they don't keep their word they tell you one thing and do another so my bank checked into it and they said from the looks of it they did a refund but then they turned around and took the refund back and recharged me the $290.03 or .04¢ my phone is broken at the moment so that's why I don't know the exact amount and I don't have the exact dates I do know that I made the payment the first week in January and they said that I would have the refund back on my card on the 22nd or 23rd and then I called back this week and they said any day now the money should be back on my card and all they did was lie so I would recommend that no one use this company. This is a horrible experience probably one of the worst I've ever had and I am going to the Better Business Bureau and if I have to contact the Attorney General then that's what I'll do.

Er staat dat je per document eenmalig €0,50 betaald, zonder een abonnement of een account bij hun te maken wordt er na 24 uur €34,99 afgehaald van je rekening.
En dit elk maand zonder dat je gebruikt maakt van de site. Heel milsleidend en jammer dit!

Quality, accessible, great support, lots of options
We've enjoyed the quality and accessibility of their massive library of legal templates.
What sets DocPro apart from similar services, is the incredibly detailed instructions or guidance that come along with each category, as well as the docs themselves. The download format in Word Doc is appreciated, so that we can easily use the templates within our internal/company use document automation/e-sign templates.
Support has been great about adding agreements or agreement terms we need here and there, but overall, they offer more than we knew we even needed/wanted!
Definitely recommended!

Business owners, and anybody who enters an agreement with any service (utilities, insurance, etc)
Highly recommend this product for anyone out there. I am amazed in a week how often I have to write a document that needs a professional touch, and DocPro more than helps with this. Most recently, I requested a specific document, and it was supplied and uploaded within a matter of days. This is why I decided to write this review, as this company really deserves it.

A Simple and Efficient service
An excellent service, it really saves time from needing to write up all that legal phrasing each time a new set of documents for are needed for clients. And while the templates themselves are great in both quantity and quality, it is also easy to pick out exactly the template you need to cater to the situation at hand. Thanks for all the work to make this, definitely will be using regularly from now on for all my legal document needs.
