This is a fake company. Beware! They created a shipping label a month ago and then ups says that they have never received the item. I do not think I’ll ever receive the light. I’m going to report them to my credit card company.

Can’t return/ ships from China and takes months
Website is deceiving, and this is not a good company to do business with. Lights ship from China and take a couple of months to receive. I tried to cancel my order immediately after i realized this but the customer service said that they couldn’t and rest assured i could return the light for a refund to a US shipping facility which would make a return less expensive. When i finally received the lamp and tried to return it the same day, the customer service suggested that i try to “use the lamp in a different room, or try to resell it locally and they would offer me a 20% refund as a goodwill gesture “. Just unbelievable!!! I am out $200

Complete scam
Complete scam, they will send you a product with terrible quality and only offer a 15% refund when you must also pay for the return shipping. Other reviews here also sound fake. Avoid this company at all costs.
If the return policy is "flexible and accommodating" then why do you only offer us a 15% refund? If you stand by the quality of your products you obviously wouldn't have the cost to return / ship the product outweigh the refund.
You also responded at 1 am central time, it's obvious this is just a Chinese knockoff scam company.

This 2023 Chinese company makes…
This 2023 Chinese company makes knock-off fakes of well known brand name lights, but without making that clear, and without dramatically reducing the pricing from the original brand. It is unethical and illegal. In addition, since they are shipping from China, it will often take substantially longer to receive the products than advertising - initially they said 4-6 weeks, coming up on 10 weeks with nothing received yet.
They are sophisticated and subtle, and the quality may even be decent, but they are fraudulent, breaking copyright laws, and tricking customers into thinking these are the real brands. If you want to save money on a fake, you can get it for much less elsewhere.
UPDATE: They keep changing their response to this review depending on what I've said. Their original response to my fake product claim was that the products were 'authorized' and not fake. However, this is an exact quote taken from an email from them to me in response to my complaint "Regarding our products, they are replicas but maintain high quality. The primary difference lies in branding, as we have our own independent brand." Now they've admitted it below - well, tell me they aren't trying to deceive you? Also, be skeptical of the other reviews. One of the reviewers has only 3 reviews, and all three are for different Chinese companies that create knock-offs in different product categories and every couple years when the reviews get terrible they create new websites and it appears that they pump them with good reviews which is unfortunately too easy.

Docos' product is beyond my expectations
We saw this in my bedroom closet. It is definitely good for a closet chandelier. But I would think it would be too small for any other room. It was not super easy to install. But I happen to have a husband who is pretty good at doing those things and working around “cheap crap from China.” So the end product was all that I was concerned about and the end product was absolutely beautiful! I would recommend this item, but only if you have a super handy person who can work around issues that might arise while installing.
