Great product, but unusable owing to persistent tape + general stickiness that I cannot remove
The crate water bowl/bucket itself is good and sturdy, and deserves 5 stars. However:
(1) It is not possible to use it yet as I am unable to remove all the tape + general stickiness from the inside of the bucket from where the clip (also still covered with tape + stickiness that I cannot remove) was attached.
(2) I have asked Dobernut how this tape + general stickiness should be removed, but they have not replied.
(3) The 'delivery' was terrible -- the parcel was not delivered to the house + front door as it should be, but, rather was just stuffed into a hedge by the side of the road.

We are glad to hear you found the crate water bowl itself sturdy and well made.
In regard to delivery, we followed the instructions provided on your order and also added an additional note to the parcel requesting that it was left at the front rather than the back. Unfortunately, once the parcel is with the courier, the final placement is outside of our control. We specifically avoided using Evri because you had raised previous concerns about them, so we did take the extra steps asked of us on our side.
We also did reply to your email, so we are sorry that message does not appear to have reached you. It may be worth checking your junk or spam folder in case it was filtered there.
The tape used on the clip is standard packing tape, and any remaining residue should come away with warm soapy water and a cloth. It is not a permanent adhesive and should clean off without issue.
We always try to do what we can to help both before and after delivery, and we did make those efforts here.

Quick delivery, excellent product. Only downside was bearings were loose inside packaging. On opening package, bearings spilled all over floor. I take it this must have happened during delivery process, so just be careful. Very pleased with my purchase.

Good product
Ordered a black durafoam ball, order arrived on time. Warranty card was a nice touch. Handle feels a little rough on the hands but otherwise a great product. My dog loves these training tools, would purchase from again.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT BUT THE DELIVERY COMPANY USED SHOULD BE BANNED!!! PARCEL2GO COURIERS DO NOT DELIVER TO YOUR DOOR ADDRESS. WHAT THEY DO INSTEAD IS PULL UP AT THE BACK OF SOME RANDOM PERSONS ADDRESS AND THEN THROW YOUR ORDER OVER SOME RANDOM WALL!!! THEN THEY LIE IN AN EMAIL SAYING THAT THEY HAVE DELIVERED THE ORDER AND FOLLOWED DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS - LIES!!! NO DELIVERY INSTRUCTION WAS LEFT AT ALL LET ALONE AN INSTRUCTION TO THROW MY GOODS OVER SOME RANDOM WALL WHICH I THEN HAD TO NAVIGATE IN THE DARK TO RETRIEVE MY ORDER!!! Thanks for taking the time to leave this review, Mike, and I’m really sorry for the delivery experience you’ve described. That’s not acceptable, and it’s the exact opposite of the standard we expect when we ship Dobernut orders.
Just to clarify, Dobernut isn’t Parcel2Go. We use Parcel2Go as a booking platform, but the actual delivery is carried out by the courier they allocate. Either way, what you’ve described, throwing a parcel over a wall and then marking it as delivered with no instructions, is not something we would ever consider reasonable.
This is the first time this issue has been brought to our attention for your delivery, and we want to get the details so we can raise it properly and push for answers.
If you email us your order number, delivery postcode, and any tracking details or the delivery confirmation email, we will log a formal complaint with Parcel2Go and the courier and request an investigation. We can’t share personal order details publicly here, but we will help you get this resolved.
I appreciate you saying the Dobernut product itself was excellent. We put a lot into the quality, and I’m genuinely sorry the courier experience let the whole thing down.

Great product and fast shipping
I bought a few keyrings to give as gifts, they are even cuter in real life! They appear to be good quality and well made. Shipping was very fast and easy, tracked all the way from the UK to Germany. Other items on the site look interesting and are well priced. Would definitely buy here again.

Ive ordered from dobernut several times and all their products are great quality. I have 100% in them as in the past ive had interior products break on me while walking my German shepherd. Customer service is always spot on. Highly recommend to anyone whos unsure about them.
