DNA Window Solutions Anmeldelser

Easy to deal with. Prompt delivery and fitting. Excellent service and work ethic. Brilliant ongoing communication

The entire process was faultless, at all times DNA Windows were professional and friendly. From the pricing to the survey, all was excellent and I must particularly commend my fitters who were really lovely and accommodating. Many thanks to you all. 5*

From outset talking to the Sales Manager, he was professional, helpful and nothing was any trouble. He knew the products well and supplied samples and quotes quickly. Happy to alter quotations and designs to suit us until we were happy. A schedule was set.
The Office team and Dan the Manager were so efficient, excellent communication keeping us fully informed, paperwork all up to date and accurate.
Whilst we agreed a timescale to suit, our order was manufactured quickly which enabled the fitters to come about three weeks early which suited us!
Dave and Sam the fitters were very friendly, professional and got on with the job quickly - a whole house was refitted within three days and they very kindly came back to do the final touches. They offered help and advice on how to adjust things if we needed to. They were so easy to have around, cleaned up after themselves too.
The actual windows, door and patio doors are excellent quality, quiet and easy to operate. The finish inside and out is absolutely amazing - what a difference! Just wish we had replaced them earlier.
Great local Company to deal with, and knowing they were very local to us, was comforting. Extremely good quality at a very affordable price. Thank you so much guys - we can not praise you enough!

Right from the start Dan was super helpful with very good communication throughout. The guys who came to do the work were very easy to have on site (and as I work from home I saw everything!) and did a great job.

Second time we have chosen D N A to supply and fit. Good windows and door. Good installation on both occasions. Nice people to deal with. Did everything we wanted! Thank you D N A. Mike & Brenda

Great family business, keep you informed on everything and honoured the dates we could have the new windows installed. Mike and Alan were great guys and worked hard all day, very tidy too. Thanks to everyone.

Absolutely fantastic service! Dan and the team did a brilliant job in coming to our house and giving us proper advice on what to do with our door in the kitchen.

I will 100% be using them again, and recommending them to everyone.

The weather was terrible: gusty winds and driving rain. But the guys stayed cheerful throughout and did an excellent installation job.

A brilliant service. Came on time. Thorough and very clean. Would certainly recommend DNA windows.

What a team. EXCELLENT.

DNA Windows fitted a new conservatory roof, and resealed our windows and conservatory. Great workmanship, professional, neat and tidy, on time, and on top of all that, friendly nice people. Everything they did was also explained to us.
From start to finish they have been incredible, we couldn't have wished for more.

Excellent service from start to finish. Updates at regular intervals and fitting was exactly as planned. Would definitely use again.

Fantastic service from start to finnish.
Kept informed on the progress of the window manufacture and when the fitters arrived they did a fantastic job as it was more challenging than most homes and left the site neat and tidy after.

Highly recommend and will certainly use again

Dan and his incredible team were fantastic when they installed a new front door to our home. Very friendly, reliable and professional throughout, I would recommend them to anyone. We were quoted 5 weeks from measurement to installation; this proved spot on. We have loved our new door ever since - now for the rest of the house!

Excellent service from start to finish. Everything was well communicated and made clear. The fitters were very friendly and happy to explain anything, Zero concerns with the product and installation/finish. Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing service from start to finish!
Down to earth, professional and friendly

I had a poor window fitting by Safestyle Uk and then they went bust. After 8 months of to and fro with the guarantors, I finally had the go ahead to use DNA window solutions ltd. What a difference! 2 lovely gents, Sam and Dave. Carpets covered, dust sheets used and a beautiful new window installed with magnets on the sides which helps in high winds. The room was left spotless. I was determined not to use a big company again and really wish I’d used this company for my whole house. Totally recommend this company and they’ve restored my trust in trades people too. Thank you. Ps no more curtains blowing in the wind or freezing cold room.

Fantastic customer service and excellent pricing!

Great service.friendly. quick to make changes and everything explained so well. Mike and Bruno always pleasant on time. Pleasure to deal with.
