I was given an electric blanket from DMD for Xmas and I have hardly used my central heating since I got it.it must have saved me hundreds in gas and electricity. I had a problem with the plug where my parrot had bitten through the cable and Charlotte from the customer service was so kind and understanding and sent me a replacement by return of post. What a wonderful company to deal with.

Brought a electric blanket. Within 3 weeks it stopped working. Contact customer service and they sent me out a new remote. Unfortunately once connect to the blanket the day after delivery it stopped working. Contact customer service again and now sending out a new blanket. Thank you so much for all the help

I contacted the company on a Tuesday re a faulty electric throw. Within 2 days I received a replacement one. Excellent service.

I purchased a dmd counter top dishwasher last year which unfortunately had an error but I must say the customer service i had from Charlotte in the company was outstanding.
She offered a replacement or refund without question, and went above and beyond to organise the replacement. She communicated with immediate response to all of my emails and let me know what was happening every step of the way.
Cannot fault the customer service from Charlotte and thank you once again for all your assistance.

I have never purchased goods from your company before and did not have a clue now to return my goods as I bought it via another company. Your staff were extremely helpful, informative and knowledgeable. The staff made me feel like nothing was too much trouble for them. This is a very easy review to write as the service I have received today has been second to none. Unfortunately over the weekend I had an issue with my new dehumidifier. I emailed Charlotte yesterday and she replied this morning with an offer of a replacement unit and the free collection of the faulty one. Having been in retail for nearly forty years I understand that good service is sometimes difficult to find, not where Charlotte is concerned. Many thanks for your quick reply and excellent solution.

We bought the mini tumble drier to solve a space problem. We had low expectations about how good such a small machine could be.

We are DELIGHTED at how BRILLIANT this drier is. It has exceeded all our expectations in terms of performance and design.

As a long term customer and enthusiast of all things Dyson, this company are on a par or even exceed those standards.

I would recommend anyone who is in need of a drier ina small space to look no further than DMD

I didn't receive my hang n dry first time, the courier had apparently left it on my doorstep while I was out. I contacted DMD and a lovely lady, called Charlotte, got back to me within hours of my first email. She was so nice made some suggestions as to where to look and checked with the courier, as soon as it was established my hang n dry had disappeared she asked if I wanted a replacement or refund, I wanted a replacement which she arranged straight away and it arrived within a couple of days. The hang n dry is amazing now I have it.

I have never had a better customer service experience than dealing with DMD. I had a problem with my oven and not only did they take care of it,they did it in a timely manner. They could have said it was my problem and I would have understood, but they went above what was expected. The most trustworthy company I have dealt with.

I placed an order on wowcher and mistakenly ordered click and collect .
Since I live no where near where it was to be collected a kind lady Charlotte ithink picked it up for me.and arranged for delivery to my address.
Now that's what I call customer service.

Ordered a countertop dishwasher on Sunday, delivered first thing Tuesday morning!!! Easy to fit, easy to use, does a good job and doesn't take up much room...perfect😁
Edit...dishwasher only worked once. I've used their contact email address twice with no response as yet.. and their phone number doesn't work!!!

There seems to have been a technical issue with the order, but once the customer team got on the issue, it was solved promptly and politely.

Product was great and good price.. Customer service when had a problem, quickly resolved.

Excellent customer support from this company, bought this dryer and was pleased with it generally. Unfortunately the timer didn't seem to work correctly and rather than dismantle and return the whole thing I sent their support team an email. The response couldn't have been quicker or more helpful, and soon a replacement heater unit was arranged. Brilliant service, well done.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. I really wanted this dishwasher but it was sold out online so I contacted DMD directly through instagram who immediately responded and tracked one left in stock that I was able to purchase. The dishwasher was delivered next day and Shai kept me up to date from my first contact until the product was delivered and signed for.
Dishwasher is an excellent product. Excellent quality and despite being compact it does just as good of a job than a standard dishwasher. Very impressed with this product and the excellent customer service provided by Shai.
