Do not go for the engraving service
The instructions on the website for single letter engraving is misleading. I ended up with brackets around each of my single letters (which were initials). The quality of engraving also does look like the examples on the website. The quality of the engraving on my product, I felt, was dull and the finish was rough to the touch.
On a more positive note, the watch box purchased is stunning - just a pity about the engraving as it totally ruined the gift.

We spend a hour communication to discuss the engraving and we also send you a text message with photo preview that seek your approval and you said "perfect go ahead" and now you said the engraving is not right?
the laser engraving can not be same as printing with pure white finish, it is frosted white and will be like rough the frosted glass white lamp.
