We repair around 100,000 accident damaged cars every year, and all cars are repaired to British Kitemark BS 10125 standard, the British safety standard for vehicle damage repair. Good repairs, bad bad customer services - rude people on the end of the phone, and didn't feel like a priority at all. Would not have picked them myself but insurance company chose them so didn't have any choice. The only person who bothered making contact was Simon Tye, who was excellent

Exceptional Service
DLG Auto Services have been exceptional in their communication regarding my vehicle repairs, with regular updates about how things were progressing and when the work was expected to be completed. The repairs have been done to a very high standard.
