DLG Auto Services is Direct Line Group’s UK network of bodyshops, today consisting of 23 garages nationwide which makes us one of the largest repair groups in the UK. We repair around 100,000 accident damaged cars every year, and all cars are repaired to British Kitemark BS 10125 standard, the British safety standard for vehicle damage repair. All repair work comes with a 5-year guarantee, and we are committed to ensuring we meet the manufacturers repair standards to ensure our customers vehicles are repaired to the highest standards. By investing in new technologies, we are preparing the business for the future and will have a better understanding of how technology will affect the design and manufacture of cars. Car Repair.
My car was collected on the date specified, in a quick courteous manner by a very pleasant driver, the garage kept me well informed of the status of the repair with regular updates, once my car was returned it looked fabulous you would never of known i had a big bump in the back bumper , brilliant service I would highly recommend this garage for any bodywork repairs.

Even when something went wrong they made it right
My car was being repaired after a small prang. They called me to inform me at every stage of the process of what would be happening next. They returned my car to me earlier than originally planned as I had informed them of upcoming jury service. There was a problem after they returned the car which they resolved the next day. Every member of staff I spoke to was courteous and professional would highly recommend DLG Wednesbury

Probably the worst garage I’ve ever had the misfortune of having to deal with through no fault of my own.i could be here all night saying what’s gone wrong and how awful their work is and customer service is shocking!!

They have done a good job of repairing my damaged car. Only problem was the door handle was not inset properly but bodywork and doors super job.

Fantastic service
Communication throughout exceptional. Damaged rear door repaired and it now looks as good as when it left the factory. The colour match (Hyundai shadow grey) is fantastic. Car was cleaned inside and out before I collected it; it was like collecting a new car from the dealer.
