DLG Auto Services is Direct Line Group’s UK network of bodyshops, today consisting of 23 garages nationwide which makes us one of the largest repair groups in the UK. We repair around 100,000 accident damaged cars every year, and all cars are repaired to British Kitemark BS 10125 standard, the British safety standard for vehicle damage repair. All repair work comes with a 5-year guarantee, and we are committed to ensuring we meet the manufacturers repair standards to ensure our customers vehicles are repaired to the highest standards. By investing in new technologies, we are preparing the business for the future and will have a better understanding of how technology will affect the design and manufacture of cars. Our high operating efficiency allows us to deliver excellent cost control whilst meeting our environmental targets through lowering emissions and increased recycling. Quicker than expected
The repairs were completed 6 days early they did a very good job and the car looked like new .The staff I interacted with on the phone or in person were very polite and friendly .

Satisfied customer
From my brand new car being picked up by DLG AUTOS I was informed when they had it at there premises and kept me updated regularly on progress. I did call them for some information and was given an answer straight away in a layman's tongue soil understood everything. My car was returned to and It was as though it had just left the showroom

I was very happy with service provided, all was perfectly organised from start to the end. They picked the car and delivered back, repairs were very quick and I was informed regarding every step. Also, car looks better than before as it was nicely cleaned as well 🙂 Many thanks.
