We repair around 100,000 accident damaged cars every year, and all cars are repaired to British Kitemark BS 10125 standard, the British safety standard for vehicle damage repair. I liked the way our car was picked up and returned. Lovely, polite staff. My car looked great but, I didn't like that it didn't come back on the days promised!

Damaged my car whilst in your care
Damaged my car whilst in your care. Then told me that it was there before it went in for repair. I 100% proved that it was not damaged in any way before it went in to your workshop. Then we got on to the repair itself. It was not complete when returned to me ??? Things missing off the car. The part you were supposed to have replaced was also damaged ??? Just a shoddy outfit. They do not care about your property at all. Never send your vehicle here I beg you.
