Repair to car
After I contacted the insurance a member of staff contacted me from DLG Auto Services and explained the process.
My car was collected at the time arranged. While the car was in the garage I was contacted both by text and phone to keep me updated on the progress of the repair.
The car was delivered at the arranged time. The driver contacted me to let me know he was about an hour away.
I found the company & staff I contacted very professional.

Great customer service and repair.
Had my car repaired here and the communication from them was outstanding. They kept me updated by phone calls and texts and everything was explained to me clearly. My car door has been repaired with no trace of the damage and I’m a very happy customer.

Professional Service From Perth

Customer service was really good
Customer service was really good, Speed of repair was very good. Only downer is 2 parts that should have been replaced weren’t and were still damaged when vehicle was picked up, also still had paint from the other vehicle on them. Was rectified with no issue just annoying that something so obvious was missed. Overall the repair was good and I am pleased with what has been done.
