Good service, car came back but had a few issues with the finish, called them and they sent a technician out same day and sorted the problem out, 10/10

Colour of bumper does not fully match bodywork ( spraying of bumper has not been blended into bodywork panels). Bumper has not been fitted correctly gap under headlight is over double compared to gap on opposite side headlight.

Excellent service with good communication. Work carried out as described. Very easy to deal with.

Excellent service from DLG auto Newbury. Quick and efficient service with the work done to a very high standard. They even took my car back in after I got it back and a problem occurred… they took it back in to have a look and turns out it was an unrelated issues to the work previously completed but, they still arranged a hire car for me in the meantime and then returned my car valeted after they’d checked it over. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and efficient. Thank you for talking the stress out of having my vehicle off the road.

Good communication, car collection very good. Lost one star as repair overran expected completion by one day, then there was nobody to deliver it to me, so I had to get a lift to collect it myself.
The actual repair was not perfect, but much better than most I’ve seen, and quite acceptable for an older high mileage car.

This company was really great with their communication. Kept me in the loop the whole time

DLG provided an excellent car repair service from start ( collecting my car and providing a courtesy car) to finish (delivering my car repaired and collecting the courtesy car).

We would avoid if possible. Our van was sent here to be repaired after someone crashed into it. It came back with new damage on both sides which they had to re-collect and then fix. Not only that, two tools were left on the van. One was a sharp metal object left in the windscreen wiper tray (we didnt spot this for sometime so it could easily have flown up and hit a car in motion) and today we found an LED mechanics light which had been ledft under the bonnet. This again could have dropped down and got caught in the fan belt or worse hot a car. Very sloppy and not apology given.
