DLG Auto Services is Direct Line Group’s UK network of bodyshops, today consisting of 23 garages nationwide which makes us one of the largest repair groups in the UK. We repair around 100,000 accident damaged cars every year, and all cars are repaired to British Kitemark BS 10125 standard, the British safety standard for vehicle damage repair. All repair work comes with a 5-year guarantee, and we are committed to ensuring we meet the manufacturers repair standards to ensure our customers vehicles are repaired to the highest standards. By investing in new technologies, we are preparing the business for the future and will have a better understanding of how technology will affect the design and manufacture of cars. 5⭐️ service from start to finish. Staff were helpful over the ‘phone, explained exactly what was going to happen and guided us through everything. Regular text updates were appreciated. Car has been repaired brilliantly and looks good as new and was left sparkling and cleaning. Thank you so much and no hesitation in recommending you.

Car was repaired by DlgAuto services…
Car was repaired by DlgAuto services after being sent there by my insurance company. Repairs were carried out to a high standard very quickly too and with excellent communication at every stage. Staff were courteous and professional. Would recommend without hesitation.

My car was involved in an accident before Christmas, not my fault, my insurance company advised DLG of Middlewich, they were great, repairs done and car had been valeted ,delivered back with care, 5.1.2024 brilliant people

Good quality repair, but unclear delivery date
Completed repair and fine quality, but completion date and delivery date not the same (completion Friday, delivery Monday) and this was not explained earlier. Excellent clean and polish though.

Everything was straight forward and the communication was good. My car was returned in a decent time frame and looked great after repairs. Special note to the driver that collected the car and dropped off the hire vehicle, he was very friendly and polite.

A good job very well done
Everyone I dealt with, either by telephone or face to face was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I was very impressed by the standard of the repair and the valeting prior to returning my car.
