DLG Auto Services is Direct Line Group’s UK network of bodyshops, today consisting of 23 garages nationwide which makes us one of the largest repair groups in the UK. We repair around 100,000 accident damaged cars every year, and all cars are repaired to British Kitemark BS 10125 standard, the British safety standard for vehicle damage repair. All repair work comes with a 5-year guarantee, and we are committed to ensuring we meet the manufacturers repair standards to ensure our customers vehicles are repaired to the highest standards. All went well till my car was dropped off, back wiper water wasn't working, had to go back in my own time, was fixed quickly but no reason or apology was given.

Car poorly repaired
Car poorly repaired. Needing to go back to address rippled paintwork and reset poorly fitted front grill. Also other paint work when care not taken when sanding.
I have no issues with communication and customer service .

The initial phone call was was informative and very helpful, the driver came dropped off the curticy car and picked up our car, all sorted with no fuss.
