DLG Auto Services is Direct Line Group’s UK network of bodyshops, today consisting of 23 garages nationwide which makes us one of the largest repair groups in the UK. We repair around 100,000 accident damaged cars every year, and all cars are repaired to British Kitemark BS 10125 standard, the British safety standard for vehicle damage repair. All repair work comes with a 5-year guarantee, and we are committed to ensuring we meet the manufacturers repair standards to ensure our customers vehicles are repaired to the highest standards. By investing in new technologies, we are preparing the business for the future and will have a better understanding of how technology will affect the design and manufacture of cars. Our high operating efficiency allows us to deliver excellent cost control whilst meeting our environmental targets through lowering emissions and increased recycling. Really efficient aftercare service
Really efficient aftercare service very efficient and kept me informed about the progress of the repair. Very impressed with the workmanship and the vehicle was returned immaculate inside and out you would never have guessed the vehicle had been in for a body work repair. Excellent from uplift to delivery just got everything right and no hassle.

Great garage
Advisors were professional and very clear on explaining the issue with the car. My car went in for repair following a crash, they kept me upto date throughout. Even though an alloy repair had been missed, they have quickly rectified this with arranging collection th following day with a courtesy car, even coming to my work to do the switch. Highly recommend them

Professional and personable service
DLG Autos provided a very professional and personal service. The repair was arranged quickly and painlessly, communication was clear and effective throughout the process and the arrangements around collection and drop-off were super helpful. I was really impressed with the process and friendliness of the DLG team. The repair work was also excellent!
