We repair around 100,000 accident damaged cars every year, and all cars are repaired to British Kitemark BS 10125 standard, the British safety standard for vehicle damage repair. I was happy with collection and reports…
I was happy with collection and reports of my vehicles repair , but since having my car back recently put through its annual MOT to be told drivers side led mirror indicator not working , I knew it was at time of accident as requested a friend to walk around car to make sure lights working , I have contacted Bristol who sent out a technician who replaced a side bulb , and looked at mirror and reported the motor had gone even though every thing else works puddle light mirror body and mirror heater, the glass also wont move so to me there is a plug issue ( I work in electronics) as a motor wont be on the same cable as a LED flasher relay , have again spoken to Bristol to be told via your polite reception as third party that my mirror is a sealed unit ( NOT ) and that they only disconnected mirror unit to make repair, hence why there must be a plug issue. LED's light fade not stop working like a standard bulb. Edit . Does this mean someone will be looking now ? Apart from this issue which I did not pick up on as only checked body work I was very pleased.

The service was very good.
Well The service was very good it should of been 5 stars .
Because the car had to go back due to a few things not finished off, but have now been rectified, this may have been because of waiting for parts from VW. The job got stopped, it took about 5 months in all as the part was on back order. We were kept informed while waiting.the staff were very helpful
