DLG Auto Services is Direct Line Group’s UK network of bodyshops, today consisting of 23 garages nationwide which makes us one of the largest repair groups in the UK. We repair around 100,000 accident damaged cars every year, and all cars are repaired to British Kitemark BS 10125 standard, the British safety standard for vehicle damage repair. All repair work comes with a 5-year guarantee, and we are committed to ensuring we meet the manufacturers repair standards to ensure our customers vehicles are repaired to the highest standards. By investing in new technologies, we are preparing the business for the future and will have a better understanding of how technology will affect the design and manufacture of cars. Our high operating efficiency allows us to deliver excellent cost control whilst meeting our environmental targets through lowering emissions and increased recycling. We are exploring a range of solutions to embed our environmental goals as part of our emissions reduction strategy, including using alternative fuels such as hydrogenated vegetable oil and energy efficient lighting. Responsive and prompt service from start to finish
Was kept up-to-date on all decisions and repairs, however minor, via call and text message. Repairs were completed by the date given, and car was dropped off in a timely manner.

The vehicle was collected and checked over thoroughly. Paperwork was completed and signed. The vehicle was back within a week. Agreed, the work was a minor rear Bumper scuff, but the service was excellent. You wouldn't even know there had been damage.

Everyone I spoke to throughout the process was polite and helpful. Everything was explained very clearly. I was updated frequently with progress. Calls were returned when they said they would be. All my calls were answered promptly and dealt with professionally. The car was repaired and returned within a week and came back clean and shining - as opposed to the muddy dog-haired fill car I sent in!
Both gentlemen who collected and delivered my car were very polite, friendly and helpful.
Overall a very positive experience.
