DKP Cricket Anmeldelser

Poor quality bats. Wood is soft and is compressed easily across the face and the edges. Edges and face of the bat crack easily. Sellers very delayed responses and a case for the office of fair trading.

Better to buy a branded bat from a reputable bat maker.

Absolutely perfection just how I wanted it couldn’t ask for anything better

Very good cricket knowledge - I have bought 2 bats now - Quick comms and good customer service.

Excellent bats and knocking in services

Great customer service from Nick at DKP. Done me a great deal on a DKP after my handle snapped on a previous SG I had purchased. Give me great advice and information about the DKP range, provided the knocking on service. And on arrival, the bat has a serious ping and it looks incredible with plenty of narrow grains. All over the phone, great customer service.

Had a really good experience with Nick, who was super accommodating at short notice. Knowledgable and friendly, more than happy to help and give you the time you need. Good stock availability and variation!

Bought a couple of bats, exactly as described, very helpful by giving edge sizes and weights, fast delivery, spot on

Brought new bat and softs last November with black Friday sale.

Upon first use in winter nets handle snapped. Bat was still in warranty period. Emailed Nick who agreed to rehandle the bat with no fuss.

Sent back and received within a week with a new handle, so far no issues.

Great service

I purchased size 5 bat for my son online last week. Although the originally ordered bat had a damage to it which was notified by Nick during the quality check of the product. Nick offered couple of alternatives and helped choose a beautiful SG RP LE bat which we received yesterday. My son loves his new bat and most importantly he was able to use the bat straight away as it came fully knocked and ready to play. Thank you very much Nick for your 5* customer service. I will surely come back for more business in the future.

The whole buying experience was just amazing. From the website to the communication. The service was top notch. Great prices for just wonderful bats. The SS ranger bat was especially a great find!

Very supportive and polite team. Got my custom grade 1+ cricket bat right to the requirements. superb bat with nice pickup and balance. I was afraid because of online ordering but it was a nice experience . Recommend to check out.

Great looking customised bat. Nice process and good communication

What a great company to deal with. They made me a custom weapon(bat), and it is beautiful. Also bought keepers gloves and batting gloves, great quality, great service.
Thanks guys from one ecstatic customer

Nick has been very accommodative and pro-active in making sure the customised bats are made to order. Very quick with replies. Looking forward to putting this bat to use soon.

Highly recommended!

Excellent communication & impeccable service. Impressive range of cricket bats - ALWAYS smell before you buy!!

It's good looking and deserved 😌
Fullfill satisfaction and thanks for your service and delivery as well thanks

Ordered the DKP bundle, having had a couple of bats previously and really impressed by the quality of the kit and at such great value

I have bought 2 bats from DKP and the process has been very smooth. I liaised with Nick on both occasions and there was no problem.

My first bat was of top quality and provided me with much confidence in the last cricket season. My new bat has just arrived knocked in and I can't wait to give it a go in early winter nets.

I received my cricket bat from Dkp which looks great waiting to use for the next season. Nick explanation is great for choosing the right bat. Thanks to Nick for awarding me the ambassador package 👍👍
