DKP Cricket Anmeldelser

my experience with DKP has been amazing! Nick has been great help when making the right bat for me and they have been top notch every single time!

Bat sent was different to the image on the site. Bat was heavier than described and pick-up nowhere near what I was asking for. Sent back for some reduction but in truth should have just asked for refund as going to have to get it done again as still not great. Handle is ridiculously flimsy, I've never seen such flex before.

Disappointed

Amazing bats at a really good price. Best bats I have used so far. I would really recommend them.

I consider myself a cricket bat expert (I’ve bought so many in the past, trying to find the best) and I would consider DKP as one of the very best out there. Nobody better in terms of value for money, producing quality bats that would cost double the price from the main stream manufacturers. I have personally bought 2 x reserve range bats for myself and nearly my entire team use DKP bats now. Great service and great bats - I would highly recommend.

Item was retuned. The vendor did not confirm receipt nor process the refund.

Requests were then ignored so needed to submit a chargeback via the credit card. I have proof of return delivery. It is clearly to the persons home address so I do not accept any processing errors, that you might expect occasionally from large companies due to large in and out flows.

Its been terrible no getting back to me regarding my refund because my bat was first wrongly made and then lost, they decided to go missing in this and cant reply to a message, its been a month nearly without any response. “ we are waiting for a response from fedex “
DKP is the worst THE WORST sales for cricket there is ever.

I purchased a bat from DKP the bat was amazing proper player grade, ping was amazing
They full fill my Requirements 100% Trusted Thank you So much DKP❤️

Brought a top grade harrow bat for my lad. The handle wasn’t great. Sent it back they repaired it sent it back. The repair didn sort the issue. I asked for either a new bat or refund. They refused. Having to take legal route to recover costs now. I would definitely next time buy from an actual shop.

I bought a laminate bat from DKP. It was made well and on time delivery. However, after one game the back of the bat completely cracked.

These defects happen and they replaced the bat for a $50 charge, as it would cost more to ship it back to UK from USA.

The issues started with the replacement bat being complete off specification. The blade was made shorter, rather than the handle. The blade is pressed unevenly with a visible hump and knot towards the top. The handle is semi oval instead of the requested thick oval.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated! Having a shorter blade is such a huge mistake!

I bought TON De Kock players 2000 bat , an amazing bat , big edges, balance is brilliant, highly recommended DKP Cricket, fast delivery, got the bat fully knocked just within 5 working days.Hopefully I will have a better season this time with bat🥰😍Thank you DKP Cricket

Purchased an SS short handle bat from DKP. A very high quality bat with excellent ping and balance. Suited my son straight away. Nick was so helpful and prompt with his advice and information about the bat.
Will buy from them again and highly recommend them.

Best company I’ve used throughout all my years of playing cricket, great communication from order to delivery.
Price is fantastic compared to other bat makers and the quality of wood seems really good..I had a little net with mine yesterday and it felt brilliant.
Thanks dkp for all your help.

Here's a paragraph review for you:

"I've had a fantastic experience with DKP thanks to the exceptional service from Nick. He's always been on hand to answer my questions and provide top-notch advice for my son's cricket gear. The quality of the bats they've supplied has been outstanding, and when one of them had an issue, Nick replaced it without hesitation - that's top-notch customer service! It's clear that Nick's priority is getting customers the right equipment and ensuring they're happy, and I'd highly recommend him and his company to anyone looking for cricket gear." 😊

Grade 2 bat, very light at 2 lb 8 oz with an excellent pick-up. Felt great during throw-downs and had a really good ping off the bat. The balance and feel were spot on while playing. It also came with two grips, a toe guard, and a scuff sheet, which was a nice bonus. Very happy with the purchase. Thanks, Nick.

Great service, quick and efficient. The bat was shipped immediately. Must say a stunner of a bat. Will definitely recommend DKP.

Super efficient when communicating and sending out products. Products are top quality and a great brand to work with.

I received the bat, and I absolutely love it thank you DKP Cricket

I’m really glad the guidance helped me land on the right bat. Knew what I wanted... But DKP assured all my requirements were met.... Excellent customer service ! Highly recommend !

I had an excellent experience purchasing a cricket bat from DKP and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Before purchasing, Nick kindly took the time to help me decide between two bats by personally checking the pickup and ping of each one. His advice was honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, which gave me complete confidence in my decision. He responded the very next day, and once I placed the order the bat was dispatched the same day and arrived the following day — outstanding turnaround.

The bat itself is spot on in every respect. It matches the website description and photos perfectly, including the stated weight, and the quality and finish are superb.

The ordering process was straightforward, the Winter discount code worked flawlessly (20% off), and there is excellent flexibility with payment options, including multiple interest-free instalment choices.

Overall, this is exactly how buying a cricket bat should be: expert advice, transparent descriptions, fast delivery, and top-class customer service. I will absolutely be recommending DKP to the rest of my team and will be buying from them again.

Very good seller 👍
