Had a 10/10 experience with dj Alexander and especially my estate agent Christopher. I viewed the flat and within a week Christopher had gotten back to me. Christopher was also helping us with the form process when we got stuck at some parts finally I felt Christopher was more talkative than the other estate agents and actually had a conversation with me throughout the full viewing making it a comfortable and smooth process.

Laurie was professional and attentive. Nothing was too much of a problem. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this property management company again in the future.

Ellen Clow from DJ Alexander did a great job with my property in Bathgate, a very thorough inspection to ensure that it is being looked after. Thank you Ellen.

Jessica Leggate of the Aberdeen office was very easy to contact, prompt responses. I was kept updated as to works to be complicated and cost incurred. Works carried out on time and cost with updates given regularly. Very flexible, very supportive and took care of issues, saving me time and travel

Having a property relationship manager makes being a landlord so much more straightforward - Louis Steele does an excellent job of sorting out any issues and keeping us up to date with everything to do with our property.

Another excellent experience with D J Alexander who provided a prompt service to replace a shower and surround. Communication with Amy O'Neil was excellent and the contractor they used (Daryl) was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Our experience with Caroline was fantastic! We met her at the property to get the keys and she was kind enough to stay after 5pm to get us checked in. She was thorough, great at explaining things and a very welcoming person. 10/10 Would recommend Caroline to any prospective renters.

Recently switched responsibility for letting my flat to D J Alexander and I cannot speak highly enough of the service from Keiran and the team. They ensured that the flat was viewed and let very fast, and that all needed maintenance and upgrading was done in the tight window between tenants at a reasonable cost. All in all a very reliable and friendly service in an environment where risks and stresses can be high.

DJA offer a first class all round experience, careful selection of tenants. Regular property inspections and prompt response to any queries.

My one complaint was my original viewing being cancelled on the morning of the viewing with no explanation and not informed verbally but by text.

It was our first time renting through DJ Alexander, and it was by far easier and more accommodating than previous letting agencies. We were provided support and clear instructions at every step. Customer service was top notch, with Gael Mitchell being friendly and incredibly helpful in getting us accustomed to the building and checking thoroughly that everything was in order before leaving us (checking door locks, fobs, mail box usage etc.) She was a great help and made the process less stressful and more enjoyable whilst still maintaining professionalism.
