In march 2024 I started a design…
In March 2024, I engaged INDICO S.C. (also known as dj.extensions) for a website design project based on Joomla. Despite agreeing to make payments in line with project milestones, I was pressured to pay the full remaining balance prematurely, even though only a fraction of the project had been completed. This request was justified by their urgent need for tax payments, or so they claimed.
By that time, I had already paid close to €4,500. The project, originally promised with a six-week delivery, ran significantly over schedule. Throughout, their daily activities seemed more about fixing repeated errors rather than making real progress. It became clear that they were incapable of delivering a sound, functional website.
To date, I still do not have the website. Despite several formal notices and requests for a refund—backed by their own money-back guarantee—I have not received any reimbursement. I have now initiated legal action through ECC - Europe-Consommateurs.eu to seek resolution.
