You pay a fee of $349. This is just the service fee! And then you have to pay another $245 court costs. This is a scam, and I don’t believe the other reviews are legit. Don’t do it. The money back guarantee is a lie!!!

Don’t trust all the 5 star reviews! Their website is misleading, and implies the $349 you pay them is to file your divorce. This is not the case at all!

They do next-to-nothing for you, then AFTER you pay them, they tell you that you also have to pay $242 at the Court on top of their fees!

Don’t waste an extra $349 on them, just take your documents directly to the court.

BEWARE of the fake reviews. They use inadequate forms that are not accepted by NZ courts. The fine print says no money back guarantee once they start. There’s a complaint with Just Answer only your not going to receive any joy with the disputes tribunal from an overseas company.

I paid them to submit my papers to the court on my behalf, but I ended up doing it myself because I had to get them sworn by a JP and scan them back to Divorce NZ. I think it was a hassle, so it was easy for me to get them sworn in court and submit them right there. So I asked Divorce NZ to refund my money, but they stated they cannot. Your website says it offers a 100% money-back guarantee.
They all lie and you have to wait months for their email replies. Waste of money
