Actual price was much highr than I anticipated.

They don’t do common things that are in uncontested divorces like quit claim deeds or pension division documents. They don’t warn you they don’t do them. You find out by going through their format and discovering that it’s missing. The action of going to the end of that online format prevents you from getting a refund when you discover they can’t meet the basic elements of your uncontested divorce. I ended up spending $1000 for absolutely nothing.

The instructions and help with forms was fine but it was the delay in service. Wasted weeks just for forms to be reviewed.

What a mess this experience was. I spent VAST amounts of time reviewing the documents, catching errors or omissions, finding glitches in the software and generated paperwork, and informing the Customer Service folks that some of their standard forms for Texas were not up-to-date.
In theory, the idea is great. But in practice, I could’ve saved myself so much time and money just doing it on my own. It was incredibly frustrating.

I contacted my case manager via email and scheduled a phone call to inquire about how to enter a lump sum spousal support payment rather than monthly, as there was no place to do this on the questionnaire. Once we spoke, I submitted the questionnaire and received the paperwork. I noticed there was no amendment or page which listed the lump sum agreement, so I reached back out to my case manager. She replied apologizing that she gave me the incorrect info, and that it would have to be entered manually now. Which is frustrating enough--but then in the email she also said that the changes can't be "guaranteed" and then told me to schedule an appt with someone on their legal team (at $250/hour). No guarantee after paying $1,000! In my opinion, this is egregious--you make an error and then try to upsell me?! So now, in the one of the most stressful times of my life, divorce.com made it even more stressful, and what's worse is she didn't offer any kind of mea culpa besides, "I apologize." Without any kind of compensation, it just rings hollow.

Help has been readily available throughout this entire process and things are explained to me in ways I can understand. At no point has anyone been rude or rushed me through this; I have become more informed and feel more confident because of the help I have received. Excellent platform!

I made a mistake with paperwork and they immediately fixed the mistake.

I was able to update an address with great and simple assistance of the Support team!!

I have been doing my divorce with an amazing team of individuals. The UI/platform is extremely simple to understand it kind of reminds me of one of the timelines in history books. It allows you to know exactly what step you're on, the direction you're going and where you currently are. I have been using the meetings feature weekly pretty much and taken advantage of speaking to real human beings that care.

This is actually a stressful time. Its not the happiest moment going through a divorce. However the help, kindness, and understanding I have received has been worth giving them a 5 stars alone. Customer service is amazing and I'm not sure if shout outs are allowed but Melody and Alysia! Ya'll are the best!

I'm not the brightest when it comes to law. I'm smart in many areas of life but this just stumps me and I have never been through a divorce before. I want to move on with life but all of the paperwork and fuss really sends me for a loop. I just needed help to get this done and I'm glad I chose this route. God chose the perfect people to help me: No question was too dumb, no worry was ignored, I wasn't spoken to like I was dumb or condescending. When I had an issue it was taken serious to resolve and the tools they offered were a blessing to me. If you're getting divorced I highly recommend and ask for my girl Alysia Y, she's bomb.com

As an early adopter, and former VP of Revenue specializing in GTM in the tech space, I should have known better than to use a Product Lead Sales (PLS) start-up to help me manage my divorce. But hey, I'm a smart cookie and know this stuff. It's also uncontested at the time so, why not?
I signed up for the "Platinum" pricing package because the reviews look good and I like to support my own kind ($1299.) I was fully expecting full service but instead I got stuck with the $499 software (Overpriced. It’s a template generator), a lot of terrible chats and lack of service nowhere close to “Platinum.” They think because they stacked a reply chain with lack of service, they covered their ass from an opened ping. For the laymen out there... that is when they claim you opened your email from a ping back from your email provider, not really knowing if you saw the information that is buried under the rubble of other BS, as you're trying to navigate a divorce that has now gone nuclear.
This is not any more clear than heading down to your local Clerk of the Court, grabbing the docs, and doing it pro se. Actually, that would have been 10x better at 60% less than what I paid to Divorce.com. The Clerks are great at their jobs and are way more helpful than Liz, Divorce.com, CEO.
Liz and Featheringill (The investment team) friends, operate on a skeleton crew of hopefuls who are praying they don't piss off enough early adopters to tank their B class shares. All while you are left 10 months later with them holding your USPS Money Order under the premise of filing your petition (An additional cost to the $1299 by the way.) All with zero follow-up! Did you know that possessing, altering, forging, or cashing a stolen or fraudulent money order is a federal crime under 18 U.S. Code § 500?

For you hopefuls out there, if a 7 time start-up veteran doesn’t get what they need from this circus, you won’t either. Save your $$$ and tell the Clerk I sent you.

This is a GODSEND! The pro se process has been so smooth and easy thanks to divorce.com. This is the first time I've not used a lawyer for something, and you saved me many hours of studying the process, making a bunch of mistakes, and it generally being a terrifying experience! Divorce.com is the Google Maps of the process - just sign up, follow where they lead you, and BOOM - it's done!

So far, painless. Everything has gone according to what I was told.

I highly don't recommend this company , unless you are a lawyer or plan on paying for one. They offer zero help with the information needed to complete the forms. You are on your own. They advertise this as an easy process , answer some questions. not true. In my opinion, save the money , print the forms yourself, fill them out and file together and save the time

So far everything has been really smooth Ask me again with the divorce is final.

If filing for an uncontested divorce, the process was generally easy to understand. Some of the user experience steps are missing, and I had to reach out to support agents a couple of times to request help because of system issues. The process was fairly straightforward, but they missed some required forms for the state of Pennsylvania, and were unhelpful in resolving the issue because they considered my case already closed. I was able to figure out the missing legal requirements myself, but I would not expect it to be easy for anyone to navigate on their own.

The case managers were quick to respond with good information an helpful solutions. The entire experience made getting this done much less difficult than I expected it to be. Thank you!
